【摘要】:廢舊電子產(chǎn)品數(shù)量的日益增加,如何對(duì)電子廢棄物進(jìn)行妥善有效的處理已成為世界各國(guó)普遍關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題,回收廢舊電子產(chǎn)品不僅是出于減少污染、保護(hù)環(huán)境的目的,而且能夠幫助企業(yè)降低原材料投入、提高資源利用率、樹(shù)立良好的企業(yè)形象。逆向物流是將廢舊產(chǎn)品從消費(fèi)點(diǎn)回收到原產(chǎn)地的過(guò)程,通過(guò)回收檢測(cè)、維修與再銷售、物料循環(huán)利用、無(wú)害化處理等流程,使這些物資得到正確處置并重新獲得價(jià)值。目前,我國(guó)政府已經(jīng)開(kāi)始重視廢舊電子產(chǎn)品的逆向物流工作,從經(jīng)濟(jì)、政策等各方面規(guī)范逆向物流的運(yùn)營(yíng),但整體的逆向物流體系仍不完善;谏鲜霰尘,本文以第三方回收企業(yè)作為回收主體,探索逆向物流系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建過(guò)程。在對(duì)逆向物流的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究情況、逆向物流的基本含義、我國(guó)逆向物流面對(duì)的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,以逆向物流的運(yùn)營(yíng)成本最小化、收益最大化、最利于保護(hù)環(huán)境、盡量使得顧客滿意等為目標(biāo),構(gòu)建了廢舊電子產(chǎn)品逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,分別從廢舊手機(jī)回收、檢測(cè)再處理、廢棄處理三個(gè)大環(huán)節(jié)對(duì)逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行規(guī)劃,確定了回收市場(chǎng)、回收倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)點(diǎn)、檢測(cè)再處理點(diǎn)、無(wú)害化處理點(diǎn)四級(jí)回收主體,研究各主體之間發(fā)生的回收成本、運(yùn)輸成本、運(yùn)營(yíng)成本等,并建立了物流平衡約束、各主體的容量約束以及變量的取值范圍約束,由此得出電子行業(yè)逆向物流的整數(shù)非線性規(guī)劃模型。最后以河南省廢舊手機(jī)回收為例,將收集到的各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)帶入逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型并求解,得出了河南省逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃中各物流設(shè)施的選址。
[Abstract]:With the increasing number of waste electronic products, how to deal with electronic waste properly and effectively has become a hot issue in the world. The purpose of recycling waste electronic products is not only to reduce pollution, but also to protect the environment.And can help enterprises reduce raw material investment, improve resource utilization, set up a good corporate image.Reverse logistics is the process of recycling waste products from the consumption point to the origin. Through the process of recycling inspection, maintenance and re-sale, material recycling, harmless treatment and so on, these materials can be correctly disposed and re-valued.At present, our government has begun to attach importance to the reverse logistics of waste electronic products, standardizing the operation of reverse logistics from the aspects of economy and policy, but the whole reverse logistics system is still not perfect.Based on the above background, this paper explores the construction process of reverse logistics system with the third party recycling enterprise as the main recycling body.On the basis of analyzing the domestic and foreign research situation of reverse logistics, the basic meaning of reverse logistics, the present situation and existing problems of reverse logistics in China, the operating cost of reverse logistics is minimized and the profit is maximized.The reverse logistics network model of waste electronic products is constructed for the purpose of protecting the environment and making customers satisfied as far as possible. The reverse logistics network is planned from three aspects: recycling of used mobile phones, detection and reprocessing, and disposal of waste.The recovery market, storage point, detection reprocessing point and harmless treatment point are determined. The recovery cost, transportation cost and operation cost among the main bodies are studied, and the logistics equilibrium constraints are established.Based on the constraints of capacity and the range of variables, the integer nonlinear programming model of reverse logistics in electronic industry is obtained.Finally, taking the recycling of used mobile phones in Henan Province as an example, the collected data are brought into the reverse logistics network model and solved, and the location of logistics facilities in the planning of Henan reverse logistics network is obtained.
