【摘要】：1991年12月25日蘇聯(lián)解體之后中俄關(guān)系進(jìn)入了新的階段。近幾年來中俄兩國關(guān)系在不斷升溫,這都是兩國共同努力得來的成果。中俄兩國都處在發(fā)展復(fù)興的關(guān)鍵階段,兩國人民對發(fā)展中俄關(guān)系、加強(qiáng)各領(lǐng)域合作都有更高期待。在深刻復(fù)雜變化的當(dāng)今世界,中俄兩國對人類和平與發(fā)展的崇高事業(yè)承擔(dān)著更大責(zé)任。中國和俄羅斯是世界上有比較輕重的經(jīng)濟(jì)體。兩國雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系發(fā)展得速度也比較快。雖然兩國貿(mào)經(jīng)關(guān)系會遇到困難,但是兩國政府為了改善中俄貿(mào)經(jīng)合作伙伴關(guān)系采取不同的措施。分析中俄雙邊貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu),展望中俄貿(mào)易的特點,加強(qiáng)中俄雙邊貿(mào)易關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)是兩國相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)者共同關(guān)心的重要問題。本文從中俄的貿(mào)易歷史開始,通過分析2007-2016年間中俄兩國貿(mào)易的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),描述雙邊的貿(mào)易現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)出口產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)研究以及中俄兩國貿(mào)易的互補(bǔ)性特點和發(fā)展?jié)摿?最終得出結(jié)論并提出對策建議。
[Abstract]:After the disintegration of the Soviet Union in December 25, 1991 the Sino Russian relations have entered a new stage. In recent years, the Sino Russian relations in the rise, this is our common efforts have. China and Russia are the key stage in the development of the Renaissance, the people of the two countries on the development of Sino Russian relations, strengthen cooperation in various fields have higher expectations in the world today. Profound and complex changes in the noble cause of peace and development of mankind and Russia bear greater responsibility. China and Russia have economies in the world. The severity of the bilateral economic and trade relations development speed is relatively fast. Although the two countries trade relationship will encounter difficulties, but the governments of the two countries in order to improve the Sino Russian trade and economic cooperation partners the relationship between different measures. Analysis of the Sino Russian bilateral trade structure, the characteristics of the prospect of Sino Russian trade, strengthening the bilateral trade relations between the two countries is the field of related science The important issues of common concern. This paper starts from the history of Sino Russian trade, through the relevant data analysis of 2007-2016 years of Sino Russian trade, bilateral trade status description, import and export product structure research and complementary characteristics and development potential of Sino Russian trade, finally draws the conclusion and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
