【摘要】：2014年7月15日,第六屆金磚國家峰會在巴西城市福塔萊薩拉開帷幕。過去的五年(2009-2013)中,金磚國家完成了從四國到五國的擴展,實現(xiàn)了峰會合作的制度化,這一合作機制使在和平、發(fā)展的共同主張和合作意愿得以重申,以促進金磚國家和世界經濟的更進一步發(fā)展�！敖鸫u國家”組織的合作機制在過去的五次峰會中,為世界經濟的低迷與不景氣提供了新的動力,并且對以發(fā)達國家為主導的世界經濟格局進行了強烈的沖擊。同時,在“金磚五國”的合作過程中也暴露出許許多多的問題,政治文化的沖突、社會矛盾的凸顯、成員國之間貿易結構的失衡、組織合作機制的不完善等等。這些暴露出來的問題嚴重影響著“金磚國家”間雙邊的貨物貿易水平和雙邊的合作機制建設。所以,在當前形勢下研宄“金磚國家”之間貨物貿易的長期、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展就顯得尤為重要。本文主要從貨物貿易的商品結構方面出發(fā),以中國的角度,探索中國與其他“金磚國家”之間貨物貿易商品結構的特點、現(xiàn)狀以及當前面臨的問題,并在此基礎上尋找合作機制的改善與提升途徑。本文主要運用綜合優(yōu)勢戰(zhàn)略理論、國家競爭優(yōu)勢理論和產業(yè)內貿易理論等理論,綜合貿易結合度指數(shù)、產業(yè)內貿易指數(shù)、貿易互補性指數(shù)、貿易競爭壓力指數(shù)等指數(shù)工具,對2009~2013年間五國雙邊與總體的貿易規(guī)模、貿易結構、商品互補性和競爭性進行研宄分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)中國和其他四國在貨物貿易商品結構方面,還存在著貿易規(guī)模比重小、貿易商品結構失衡、貿易的總體規(guī)模在中國的對外貿易整體中比重偏小等問題。并通過國家競爭優(yōu)勢理論和綜合優(yōu)勢戰(zhàn)略理論的研宄得到影響這些問題的原因。最后從政治、經濟結構、貿易秩序、人才儲備等方面提出對策和建議。
[Abstract]:In July 15th 2014, the 6th BRICS Summit began in the Brazilian city of Fortaleza. In the past five years, BRICS countries have expanded from four to five countries, institutionalizing summit cooperation. This mechanism of cooperation has enabled the reaffirmation of a common vision and willingness to cooperate in peace and development in order to promote the further development of the BRICS and the world economy. It has provided a new impetus for the downturn and depression of the world economy, and has made a strong impact on the world economic pattern dominated by developed countries. At the same time, many problems have also been exposed in the process of cooperation among the "BRICS" countries. The conflicts of political culture, the social contradictions, the imbalance of trade structure among member countries, The imperfection of the organization and cooperation mechanism, and so on. These exposed problems seriously affect the level of bilateral trade in goods among the "BRICS" countries and the construction of bilateral cooperation mechanisms. In the current situation, it is particularly important to study the long-term and stable development of the BRICS trade in goods. This paper mainly starts from the commodity structure of trade in goods, from the perspective of China. This paper explores the characteristics, current situation and current problems of the commodity structure of goods trade between China and other BRICS countries, and on the basis of this, looks for ways to improve and upgrade the cooperation mechanism. The theories of national competitive advantage and intra-industry trade, comprehensive trade integration index, intra-industry trade index, trade complementarity index, trade competition pressure index, etc. are used to analyze the bilateral and overall trade scale of the five countries during the period from 2009 to 2013. The trade structure, commodity complementarity and competitiveness are studied and analyzed. It is found that China and other four countries still have a small proportion of trade scale in the commodity structure of trade in goods, and the structure of trade commodities is out of balance. The overall scale of trade in China's foreign trade as a whole is relatively small, and through the study of the national competitive advantage theory and the comprehensive advantage strategy theory, the causes of these problems are obtained. Finally, from the political, economic structure, trade order, Put forward the countermeasure and suggestion in the talent reserve and so on.
