【摘要】：電子商務(wù)師職業(yè)考試是國(guó)家勞動(dòng)和社會(huì)保障部為了將電子商務(wù)人才的培養(yǎng)和技能鑒定工作納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、規(guī)范化而開(kāi)展的職業(yè)資格考試。伴隨著電商行業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,電子商務(wù)人才需求量大,專(zhuān)業(yè)招生爆滿(mǎn)。與此同時(shí),國(guó)家規(guī)定技工院校學(xué)生畢業(yè)前必須具備職業(yè)資格證書(shū),即,證書(shū)通過(guò)與否直接關(guān)系到學(xué)生能否畢業(yè),這使得職業(yè)考試的通過(guò)率受到重視。若能針對(duì)該項(xiàng)考試的成績(jī)進(jìn)行挖掘分析,可為電子商務(wù)專(zhuān)業(yè)的課程優(yōu)化提供決策支持,進(jìn)而有針對(duì)性地指導(dǎo)學(xué)生更好地通過(guò)電子商務(wù)師職業(yè)考試。本文結(jié)合筆者的實(shí)際工作需求,以廣東省粵東技師學(xué)院近四年的電子商務(wù)師職業(yè)考試成績(jī)?yōu)榛A(chǔ),利用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘理論和技術(shù),對(duì)電子商務(wù)師職業(yè)考試成績(jī)進(jìn)行挖掘分析研究,主要工作包括:1)完成對(duì)成績(jī)的收集處理,取得研究的數(shù)據(jù)源;2)采用決策樹(shù)算法對(duì)成績(jī)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析,并構(gòu)建三個(gè)決策樹(shù)模型;3)用Apriori算法分析考試結(jié)果與其它專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)科成績(jī)的關(guān)系;4)針對(duì)挖掘結(jié)果提出相應(yīng)建議,以提供決策依據(jù)。我們獲得的挖掘結(jié)果將用于為廣東省粵東技師學(xué)院的教學(xué)工作提供決策指導(dǎo),為深化教學(xué)改革提供決策參考。本文研究結(jié)果已在電子商務(wù)專(zhuān)業(yè)班的電子商務(wù)師職業(yè)考試中進(jìn)行改革試點(diǎn)。作者通過(guò)成績(jī)分析,針對(duì)班級(jí)學(xué)生的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行強(qiáng)化,最終班級(jí)考試通過(guò)率達(dá)到92%(前四年平均的通過(guò)率為84%),取得較好的成績(jī),說(shuō)明論文研究中建立的決策樹(shù)模型和發(fā)現(xiàn)的關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則是有效的,能夠應(yīng)用于實(shí)際工作。本文完成的工作對(duì)分析各類(lèi)職業(yè)資格考試與課程設(shè)置的相關(guān)性也有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The Electronic Commerce Division Professional examination is a professional qualification examination carried out by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security in order to standardize and standardize the training and skills appraisal of e-commerce talents, which is accompanied by the rapid development of the ecommerce industry. At the same time, the state stipulates that students in technical colleges must have a vocational qualification certificate before graduation, that is, whether the certificate is passed or not is directly related to whether students can graduate. This makes the passing rate of the vocational examination very important. If we can dig and analyze the results of the test, we can provide decision support for the course optimization of the electronic commerce major. Furthermore, the author instructs students to pass the E-commerce Division Vocational examination better. This paper, based on the results of the E-Commerce Division Vocational examination of Guangdong Dongdong technician College in the past four years, combined with the author's actual work needs. By using the theory and technology of data mining, this paper analyzes and studies the scores of E-commerce teachers' vocational examinations. The main work includes: 1) completing the collection and processing of the scores. This paper analyzes the result data by using decision tree algorithm, and constructs three decision tree models. It uses Apriori algorithm to analyze the relationship between the test results and the scores of other specialties. In order to provide a basis for decision-making. The results obtained will be used to provide decision-making guidance for the teaching work of Guangdong Provincial College of technicians. The results of this paper have been carried out in the electronic commerce professional class of the electronic commerce division vocational examination reform pilot, the author through the result analysis, aimed at the class student weak link carries on the enhancement, Finally, the passing rate of class examination reached 92% (the average pass rate in the previous four years was 84), which showed that the decision tree model established in the paper and the association rules found in the study were effective. It can be applied to practical work. The work done in this paper can also be used for reference in analyzing the correlation between various vocational qualification examinations and curriculum.
