大數(shù)據(jù)背景下快捷酒店企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究

【摘要】:伴隨大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的到來(lái),酒店經(jīng)營(yíng)模式將會(huì)發(fā)生深刻的變化。只有深入挖掘大數(shù)據(jù)背后的特質(zhì),才能對(duì)行業(yè)形成清晰的認(rèn)識(shí)和把握度;只有精準(zhǔn)依托大數(shù)據(jù)的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì),才能真正提升企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力?旖菥频曜鳛槭袌(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)中數(shù)量眾多、同質(zhì)化現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重的經(jīng)營(yíng)主體,充分挖掘業(yè)務(wù)流程與模式的內(nèi)在價(jià)值,適時(shí)把握大數(shù)據(jù)提供的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,積極推動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)模式轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),不斷降低運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,簡(jiǎn)化運(yùn)營(yíng)流程,不僅有助于促進(jìn)快捷酒店提升自身的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的目標(biāo),而且有助于促進(jìn)整個(gè)酒店業(yè)的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)完善與優(yōu)化。本文依托于大數(shù)據(jù)相關(guān)理論,以快捷酒店作為研究對(duì)象,從理論與實(shí)證兩方面重點(diǎn)探討快捷酒店核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的構(gòu)建途徑,論文共分為七個(gè)部分:第一部分是緒論。主要包括研究背景、研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀、研究?jī)?nèi)容與研究方法及本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)等。第二部分是相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)。主要包括大數(shù)據(jù)理論、企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論與企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論。通過(guò)對(duì)相關(guān)理論的梳理,為下文快捷酒店核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提出奠定了基礎(chǔ)。第三部分是大數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)快捷酒店核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的影響途徑。分析了快捷酒店大數(shù)據(jù)的具體內(nèi)容,并依據(jù)鉆石模型,從快捷酒店的基礎(chǔ)條件、需求條件、支持產(chǎn)業(yè)、戰(zhàn)略結(jié)構(gòu)與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手分析和商業(yè)機(jī)遇等五個(gè)方面分析了大數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)快捷酒店核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要影響,將大數(shù)據(jù)與核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)聯(lián)研究推進(jìn)到過(guò)程要素及其現(xiàn)實(shí)表現(xiàn)層面。第四部分是基于大數(shù)據(jù)的快捷酒店核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力分析。闡述了快捷酒店大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用中存在的問(wèn)題,并以核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論為基礎(chǔ),將快捷酒店核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力體系劃分為核心層、外圍層和展示層三個(gè)部分,然后將大數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)各個(gè)層面的影響分別投影到各個(gè)層面包含的要素上,將大數(shù)據(jù)與核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)聯(lián)研究推進(jìn)到要素構(gòu)成及其機(jī)制配合的層面。第五部分是大數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)快捷酒店核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的影響案例分析。在快捷酒店案例分析部分,從酒店企業(yè)的網(wǎng)站、微博、微信、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)等方面探討其大數(shù)據(jù)的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,然后從酒店網(wǎng)站的訪問(wèn)量、酒店網(wǎng)站的日均轉(zhuǎn)化率、酒店APP的下載使用率、酒店網(wǎng)站的首屏?xí)r間以及酒店網(wǎng)站的用戶反饋等方面對(duì)快捷酒店大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用的影響因素進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)探討和分析。第六部分是大數(shù)據(jù)背景下快捷酒店核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升措施。通過(guò)前文的理論探討與實(shí)證分析,該部分有針對(duì)性地提出四項(xiàng)措施,分別為重視并加強(qiáng)酒店企業(yè)大數(shù)據(jù)的應(yīng)用,增強(qiáng)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新和服務(wù)保障力度,重視酒店企業(yè)文化和品牌力的建設(shè)以及倡導(dǎo)持續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)的組織成長(zhǎng)戰(zhàn)略。第七部分是總結(jié)與展望。首先對(duì)前文進(jìn)行認(rèn)真總結(jié)和探討,并對(duì)本文在研究過(guò)程中存在的不足進(jìn)行分析,同時(shí)對(duì)后續(xù)研究提出了展望。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of big data's era, the hotel management model will undergo profound changes. Only by digging into the characteristics behind big data can we have a clear understanding and grasp of the industry, and only by relying precisely on the unique advantages of big data, Express Hotel, as the main business body with numerous quantity and serious homogenization phenomenon in the market economy, fully excavates the intrinsic value of business process and mode, and grasps the development opportunity provided by big data at the right time. Actively promoting business model transformation and upgrading, continuously reducing operating costs, and simplifying business processes will not only help Express Hotel enhance its core competitiveness and achieve the goal of sustainable development. This paper, based on big data's theory, takes Express Hotel as the research object, and probes into the construction of Express Hotel's core competence from both theoretical and empirical aspects. The paper is divided into seven parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly including the research background, research significance, domestic and foreign research status, The second part is the relevant theoretical foundation. It mainly includes big data theory, enterprise competitiveness theory and enterprise core competence theory. The third part is the influence of big data on Express Hotel's core competence. The concrete content of Express Hotel big data is analyzed, and according to the diamond model, the paper analyzes the concrete contents of Express Hotel's core competence, and analyzes the influence of big data on Express Hotel's core competence. This paper analyzes big data's important influence on Express Hotel's core competence from five aspects: basic condition, demand condition, supporting industry, strategic structure and competitor analysis and business opportunity. The research on the relationship between big data and core competence is promoted to the level of process elements and its realistic expression. 4th part is an analysis of Express Hotel's core competence based on big data. This paper expounds the problems existing in the application of Express Hotel big data. Based on the core competence theory, Express Hotel core competence system is divided into three parts: core layer, peripheral layer and display layer. The study on the relationship between big data and the core competence is promoted to the level of the composition of the elements and the coordination of the mechanism. 5th part is the case study on the influence of big data on the core competence of Express Hotel. In the part of case study of Express Hotel, From the hotel enterprise website, Weibo, WeChat, database and other aspects to discuss the status quo of the application of big data, and then from the hotel website visitors, the hotel website conversion rate, the download rate of hotel APP, The first screen time of hotel website and user feedback of hotel website are discussed and analyzed emphatically on the influencing factors of big data application in Express Hotel. 6th part is the promotion of Express Hotel core competence under the background of big data. Measures. Through the previous theoretical discussion and empirical analysis, In this part, four measures are put forward, one is to attach importance to and strengthen the application of big data in hotel enterprises, and the other is to strengthen the strength of product innovation and service guarantee. Pay attention to the construction of hotel corporate culture and brand strength, and advocate the organizational growth strategy of continuous learning. Part 7th is a summary and prospect. First of all, this paper makes a careful summary and discussion, and analyzes the shortcomings of this paper in the process of research. At the same time, the prospect of further research is put forward.
