【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟全球化的背景下,各國之間的貿(mào)易往來更加頻繁,對外貿(mào)易成為促進各國經(jīng)濟騰飛的主要杠桿。2001年中國正式加入世界貿(mào)易組織以后,對外貿(mào)易體制及法律法規(guī)的建立均以國際化為標準,這在一定程度上促進了吉林省對外貿(mào)易的發(fā)展。2003年東北老工業(yè)基地的建立,不僅給東北地區(qū)帶來了發(fā)展的機遇,同時對于吉林省的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)也有著一定的推進作用。2009年隨著長吉圖開發(fā)開放先導區(qū)的建立,這項舉措為延邊自治州及內(nèi)陸地區(qū)對外開放起到了示范作用。但是由于國內(nèi)外形勢的變化莫測,以及近些年來隨著政策的導向和沿海城市的迅猛推進,吉林省已經(jīng)漸漸失去了原有的優(yōu)勢,在這種形勢下,如何能利用好對外貿(mào)易這一杠桿,已成為目前吉林省面臨的重大難題,所以對這項研究具有一定的學術(shù)價值和指導意義。文章的框架結(jié)構(gòu)主要分為五大部分,第一部分主要闡述文章的引言部分,在對國內(nèi)外文獻綜述分析比較的基礎(chǔ)上,擇選出優(yōu)秀的部分與吉林省情況相適應(yīng)。第二部分不僅引用了經(jīng)典的國際貿(mào)易理論,還提出適用于吉林省外貿(mào)發(fā)展的理論,從而更加全面的分析吉林省對外貿(mào)易的具體情況。第三部分采用了圖表和數(shù)據(jù)分析的方法,歸納出近些年來的貿(mào)易數(shù)據(jù),在縱向?qū)Ρ鹊幕A(chǔ)上闡述了吉林省對外貿(mào)易發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,并總結(jié)出當前外貿(mào)發(fā)展所出現(xiàn)的問題。第四部分分別從國外和國內(nèi)兩大方面入手,指出了當前吉林省所面臨的環(huán)境因素。第五部分對于外貿(mào)發(fā)展出現(xiàn)的問題,提出了一系列解決方案。本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于首先不但采用了典型的國際貿(mào)易理論,還歸納總結(jié)出適宜吉林省發(fā)展的外貿(mào)理論,這對于文章的研究具有一定的理論意義。同時利用圖表分析的方法,用最新的貿(mào)易數(shù)據(jù)來闡述目前吉林省所處的現(xiàn)狀,這使得文章研究更具先進性,也更有說服力。其次,本文還對吉林省所面臨的國內(nèi)外形勢進行了相關(guān)的闡述,分析了吉林省當前所面臨的背景環(huán)境,這對于把握全局,提出合理的應(yīng)對策略具有指導性意義�？傊�,吉林省對外貿(mào)易發(fā)展雖然取得了很大的成績,但是還存在一些不足之處,如果想要更好的發(fā)展外貿(mào)經(jīng)濟,只有正確認識到自身存在的狀況,從實際出發(fā),利用自身豐富的勞動力和農(nóng)業(yè)資源優(yōu)勢,在學習其他省份先進經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合本省的現(xiàn)狀來發(fā)揮比較優(yōu)勢,這對于吉林省開拓國際市場以及增加國際市場份額有著重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, trade exchanges between countries are more frequent, and foreign trade has become the main lever to promote the economic take-off of all countries. After China formally joined the World Trade Organization in 2001, The establishment of the foreign trade system and laws and regulations is based on internationalization, which to some extent promotes the development of foreign trade in Jilin Province. In 2003, the establishment of the old industrial base in Northeast China not only brought opportunities for the development of the Northeast region, In 2009, with the establishment of the Changjito Development and opening Pioneer area, The move has served as a model for the opening up of Yanbian Autonomous Prefecture and inland areas. However, due to the unpredictable situation at home and abroad and the rapid development of coastal cities in recent years, Jilin Province has gradually lost its original advantage. Under this situation, how to make good use of the leverage of foreign trade has become a major problem facing Jilin Province. So it has certain academic value and guiding significance to this research. The frame structure of the article is divided into five parts, the first part mainly elaborates the introduction part of the article, on the basis of the analysis and comparison of the literature review at home and abroad, The second part not only cites the classical international trade theory, but also puts forward the theory applicable to the development of foreign trade in Jilin Province. In order to more comprehensively analyze the specific situation of foreign trade in Jilin Province. The third part uses the method of chart and data analysis to sum up the trade data of recent years. On the basis of longitudinal comparison, this paper expounds the present situation of foreign trade development in Jilin Province, and summarizes the problems existing in the development of foreign trade at present. Part 4th starts with two major aspects, foreign and domestic, respectively. This paper points out the environmental factors facing Jilin Province at present. Part 5th puts forward a series of solutions to the problems arising from the development of foreign trade. The innovation of this paper lies in the fact that, first of all, it not only adopts the typical international trade theory, It also sums up the theory of foreign trade suitable for the development of Jilin Province, which has certain theoretical significance for the study of this article. At the same time, using the method of chart analysis and using the latest trade data to explain the current situation of Jilin Province, This makes the research more advanced and persuasive. Secondly, this paper also describes the domestic and international situation in Jilin Province, and analyzes the background environment facing Jilin Province, which is helpful to grasp the overall situation. It is instructive to put forward reasonable countermeasures. In short, although Jilin Province has made great achievements in the development of foreign trade, there are still some shortcomings. If we want to develop foreign trade economy better, Only by correctly recognizing the situation of our own existence, proceeding from the reality, utilizing our abundant labor force and agricultural resources, on the basis of learning from the advanced experiences of other provinces, combining the present situation of our province, can we bring into play our comparative advantages. This for Jilin Province to open up the international market and increase international market share has an important role.
