【摘要】：中國—東盟自貿(mào)區(qū)的成立推動了廣西社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,更為廣西帶來一系列發(fā)展機(jī)遇。南寧成為中國—東盟博覽會永久會址就是廣西迎來的重大歷史機(jī)遇之一。中國—東盟關(guān)系發(fā)展不僅需要經(jīng)貿(mào)合作“硬”支撐,也不能離開人文交流的“軟”互動,而博覽會正是一個可從這兩方面都能促進(jìn)雙邊關(guān)系發(fā)展的平臺。博覽會舉辦11年來,它從哪些方面帶動廣西外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展以及對廣西外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起到怎樣的作用是本項(xiàng)研究工作的目的。在回顧這11年來博覽會取得的成效和廣西外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的總體情況基礎(chǔ)上,用實(shí)證分析的方法力求全面地反映前者對后者的輻射作用;列舉與外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)密切相關(guān)的經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)如外貿(mào)額、外資額、入境旅游、交通物流以及區(qū)域合作等,通過對比博覽會舉辦前后的差異,以此分析博覽會對廣西外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)的具體影響。本項(xiàng)研究在客觀反映博覽會前后廣西外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)變化的前提下,通過田野調(diào)查收集參展客商反饋信息、再把博覽會與它省同類洽貿(mào)會比較,力求準(zhǔn)確地對博覽會在廣西外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)中的角色進(jìn)行評估,既肯定其積極影響也不過分夸大,認(rèn)清它只是廣西發(fā)展外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)的“抓手”之一,最后獻(xiàn)策力求博覽會越辦越好。
[Abstract]:The establishment of the China-ASEAN Free Trade area has promoted the social and economic development of Guangxi. Moreover, Guangxi has brought a series of development opportunities. Nanning's becoming a permanent venue for the China-ASEAN Exposition is one of the major historical opportunities for Guangxi to ushered in. The development of China-ASEAN relations not only needs the "hard" support of economic and trade cooperation, Nor can we leave the "soft" interaction of human exchanges, and the Expo is a platform on which bilateral relations can be promoted from both sides. The Expo has been held for 11 years. It is the purpose of this research work to promote the development of export-oriented economy of Guangxi and how to play a role in the development of export-oriented economy of Guangxi. In reviewing the achievements of extroversion in the past 11 years and the extroverted economy of Guangxi. Based on the overall picture of development, Using the method of empirical analysis, we try to comprehensively reflect the radiation effect of the former on the latter, enumerate the economic indicators closely related to the export-oriented economy, such as the volume of foreign trade, the amount of foreign capital, inbound tourism, transportation and logistics, and regional cooperation, etc. By comparing the differences before and after the Expo, this paper analyzes the specific impact of the Expo on the export-oriented economy of Guangxi. This study is based on the objective reflection of the changes in the export-oriented economy of Guangxi before and after the Expo. Through fieldwork to collect feedback information from exhibitors, and then compare the Expo with similar trade associations in other provinces, and strive to accurately evaluate the role of the Expo in Guangxi's export-oriented economy, we can neither confirm its positive impact nor exaggerate it too much. Recognizing that it is only one of the "grasping hands" of developing export-oriented economy in Guangxi, the last suggestion is to make the Expo better and better.
