【摘要】：在當(dāng)代的流通領(lǐng)域中,商業(yè)企業(yè)連鎖經(jīng)營(yíng)已經(jīng)成為一種重要形式。隨著我國(guó)逐步放寬對(duì)外資進(jìn)入的限制,國(guó)內(nèi)連鎖零售企業(yè)面臨前所未有的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力。針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)消費(fèi)者來(lái)說(shuō),本土零售企業(yè)對(duì)其價(jià)值觀念、消費(fèi)行為的把握上更為準(zhǔn)確,在地區(qū)性或全國(guó)性的規(guī)模上都有著不同程度的擴(kuò)張。但在實(shí)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,本土零售連鎖企業(yè)則體現(xiàn)出明顯的劣勢(shì),其中,庫(kù)存持有的高成本成為最直接的體現(xiàn)。對(duì)連鎖零售企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),庫(kù)存管理控制是至關(guān)重要的,對(duì)企業(yè)盈利水平、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力將產(chǎn)生直接影響。在經(jīng)營(yíng)中,如何把準(zhǔn)確的庫(kù)存信息及時(shí)提供給經(jīng)營(yíng)者,是零售企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)中面臨的重要問(wèn)題。信息化社會(huì),繁瑣的人工操作問(wèn)題因計(jì)算機(jī)的普及使用而得以解決。同時(shí),也推動(dòng)了庫(kù)存管理的理念向前發(fā)展。適時(shí)存貨管理作為新的庫(kù)存管理模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)了庫(kù)存信息的準(zhǔn)確提供,減少、消除了經(jīng)營(yíng)中不能增值的作業(yè)。但是,我國(guó)的連鎖零售企業(yè)的發(fā)展,畢竟歷史短暫,和西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比,面對(duì)的難題很多,外部發(fā)展環(huán)境也限制了適時(shí)存貨管理模式在國(guó)內(nèi)的普及應(yīng)用。通過(guò)對(duì)適時(shí)存貨管理模式適用條件的分析,結(jié)合S連鎖零售企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)特點(diǎn),提出S連鎖零售企業(yè)庫(kù)存管理模式的發(fā)展方向,并對(duì)其實(shí)施適時(shí)存貨管理模式過(guò)程中的問(wèn)題給出了分析與建議。本文觀點(diǎn)可以為我國(guó)其他連鎖零售業(yè)在選擇庫(kù)存管理模式時(shí)提供參考。
[Abstract]:In the contemporary circulation field, chain operation of commercial enterprises has become an important form. With the gradual relaxation of restrictions on foreign capital entry in China, domestic chain retail enterprises are facing unprecedented competitive pressure. Local retail enterprises have a more accurate grasp of their values and consumption behavior and expand to varying degrees on a regional or national scale. However, in the actual competition, local retail chain enterprises exhibit obvious disadvantages. Among them, the high cost of inventory holding becomes the most direct embodiment. For the chain retail enterprises, inventory management control is very important, and it will have a direct impact on the profit level and competitiveness of the enterprises. How to provide accurate inventory information to the operators in time is an important problem in the management of retail enterprises. In the information society, the tedious manual operation problems can be solved by the popularization of computers. At the same time, As a new mode of inventory management, timely inventory management, as a new mode of inventory management, realizes the accurate supply of inventory information, reduces the amount of inventory information, and eliminates the operations that cannot be added value in operation. The development of chain retail enterprises in China is, after all, short of history. Compared with the developed countries in the West, there are many difficult problems faced by them. The external development environment also limits the popular application of timely inventory management mode in China. Through the analysis of the suitable conditions of timely inventory management model, combined with the management characteristics of S chain retail enterprises, The development direction of S chain retail enterprise inventory management mode is put forward. The problems in the process of implementing timely inventory management mode are analyzed and suggestions are given, which can be used as a reference for other retail chains in our country to choose inventory management mode.
