基于平衡計(jì)分卡的JY公司績(jī)效管理體系研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的發(fā)展,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈,企業(yè)要想獲得長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展,這就需要在不斷擴(kuò)展市場(chǎng)的同時(shí),不斷地完善現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理制度,F(xiàn)代企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)就是人才的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),要想在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中脫穎而出,企業(yè)必須認(rèn)識(shí)到人力資源管理的重要性,建立一套科學(xué)完善的人力資源管理體系?(jī)效管理是人力資源管理體系最核心的模塊,可以促進(jìn)企業(yè)管理的進(jìn)步。在傳統(tǒng)的績(jī)效管理中,管理者片面地關(guān)注財(cái)務(wù)方面的指標(biāo),以此來(lái)衡量企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效,忽略了非財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)在企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理中的作用,導(dǎo)致績(jī)效管理體系在實(shí)際運(yùn)用中往往不能發(fā)揮其真正的作用。而平衡計(jì)分卡的出現(xiàn),滿足了企業(yè)發(fā)展的要求,使其能夠從容面對(duì)外界的環(huán)境的變化,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。本文以JY公司為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合公司實(shí)際,運(yùn)用平衡計(jì)分卡理論和戰(zhàn)略地圖對(duì)JY公司的績(jī)效管理體系進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。首先對(duì)績(jī)效管理相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行綜述;其次對(duì)JY公司的績(jī)效管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析;第三,對(duì)JY公司的績(jī)效管理體系進(jìn)行構(gòu)建;第四,對(duì)JY公司的績(jī)效管理體系提出保障措施,確保平衡計(jì)分卡的順利實(shí)施;最后,進(jìn)行總結(jié)并對(duì)未來(lái)進(jìn)行展望。JY公司基于平衡計(jì)分卡的績(jī)效管理體系的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施,需要在實(shí)踐當(dāng)中不斷發(fā)展和完善。本論文的研究對(duì)私營(yíng)企業(yè)應(yīng)用平衡計(jì)分卡,提高企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和績(jī)效管理水平具有積極的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic integration, the market competition is becoming more and more fierce. If enterprises want to obtain long-term development, it needs to expand the market at the same time. Constantly improve the modern enterprise management system. The competition of modern enterprises is the competition of talents. In order to stand out from the competition, enterprises must realize the importance of human resource management. Establish a set of scientific and perfect human resource management system. Performance management is the core module of human resources management system, can promote the progress of enterprise management. In the traditional performance management. Managers pay one-sided attention to financial indicators to measure the performance of enterprises, ignoring the role of non-financial indicators in the management of enterprises. As a result, the performance management system is often unable to play its real role in practical application. The appearance of balanced scorecard meets the requirements of enterprise development and enables it to face the changes of the external environment. This paper takes JY Company as the research object, combined with the company's actual situation. The performance management system of JY Company is designed by using balanced scorecard theory and strategic map. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of performance management in JY Company. Thirdly, build the performance management system of JY Company; 4th, to JY company's performance management system security measures to ensure the smooth implementation of balanced scorecard; Finally, summarize and prospect the future. JY company based on balanced Scorecard performance management system design and implementation. The research in this paper has positive significance for private enterprises to apply balanced scorecard and improve their core competitiveness and performance management level.
