【摘要】：人口老齡化是當(dāng)今世界各國(guó)普遍存在的重大社會(huì)性問(wèn)題,當(dāng)前世界上的大部分發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家都已經(jīng)進(jìn)入老齡化社會(huì),我國(guó)也步入老齡化社會(huì)的行列,因而養(yǎng)老問(wèn)題成為了我們所共同面臨的問(wèn)題。黑龍江省步入老齡化社會(huì)后,其程度不斷提升,規(guī)模持續(xù)擴(kuò)大,養(yǎng)老服務(wù)已成為亟待解決的問(wèn)題。因而,如何加快培養(yǎng)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)業(yè)人才隊(duì)伍,以應(yīng)對(duì)人口老齡化問(wèn)題所面臨的首要問(wèn)題。本文通過(guò)對(duì)養(yǎng)老人才的培養(yǎng)機(jī)制、準(zhǔn)入制度以及培養(yǎng)制度等幾個(gè)方面,對(duì)建立養(yǎng)老服務(wù)業(yè)人才隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)進(jìn)行探析,旨在培養(yǎng)一支素質(zhì)優(yōu)良的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人才隊(duì)伍,為加快黑龍江省的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)業(yè)的建設(shè)提供有效的人才支撐。
[Abstract]:Population aging is a major social problem in the world. Most of the developed countries in the world have entered the aging society, and China has also stepped into the ranks of the aging society. As a result, the old-age problem has become a common problem. Heilongjiang Province has stepped into an aging society, its level continues to improve, the scale continues to expand, pension services have become a problem to be solved. How to speed up the training of talents in the old-age service industry in order to cope with the primary problem facing the aging of the population. This paper through the training mechanism, access system and training system of old-age personnel and other aspects. The purpose of this paper is to train a contingent of qualified talents for the aged in order to provide an effective talent support for accelerating the construction of the service for the aged in Heilongjiang Province.
