【摘要】:正新華網(wǎng)·11月11日中國消費者協(xié)會10日通報了2016年網(wǎng)絡(luò)外賣訂餐服務(wù)體驗式調(diào)查結(jié)果,線下送餐服務(wù)及送餐質(zhì)量體驗部分存在七大突出問題。包括:個別訂單餐食存在異物等不符合衛(wèi)生安全要求的情況;個別平臺準(zhǔn)入審核不嚴(yán),出現(xiàn)無資質(zhì)商家在平臺線上登記,在線下無證經(jīng)營的情況;部分餐食外包裝存在破損、食物撒漏、串味等情況,餐食外觀體驗相對較差;部分平臺商家不能及時送達餐食;部分商家自行
