【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷蓬勃發(fā)展,越來越多的來自不同國家和地區(qū)的企業(yè)加入到國際貿(mào)易中來。出口企業(yè)在簽訂貿(mào)易合同時,所面臨的貿(mào)易術(shù)語的選擇也變得尤為重要。正確的選擇貿(mào)易術(shù)語對于進(jìn)出口企業(yè)防范外貿(mào)風(fēng)險、運(yùn)輸風(fēng)險,提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益具有很現(xiàn)實(shí)的意義。世界各國之間跨國交易越來越多,貨物的運(yùn)輸方式也面臨諸多選擇。伴隨著集裝箱運(yùn)輸及國際多聯(lián)式運(yùn)輸?shù)某墒彀l(fā)展,CIP貿(mào)易術(shù)語下合同,大大便利了身處內(nèi)陸,交通不便利的企業(yè)進(jìn)行貿(mào)易往來。本文通過CIP貿(mào)易術(shù)語產(chǎn)生的背景,研究背景等方面入手,簡單比較CIP與CIF合同的異同點(diǎn)及風(fēng)險界限,并詳細(xì)論述了賣方在CIP合同下所需要承擔(dān)的義務(wù)和風(fēng)險,并對如何合理規(guī)避以上風(fēng)險提出了建議。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the world economy, more and more enterprises from different countries and regions to join in international trade. The export enterprises in signing trade contracts, terms of trade facing the choice has become particularly important. The right choice of terms of trade for import and export enterprises to prevent the risk of foreign trade, transportation risk, it is very realistic the significance of improving the economic efficiency of enterprises. More and more multinational trade between the countries in the world, goods transportation is also facing many choices. With the mature development of container transportation and international multi-modal transportation, CIP trade terms under the contract, greatly facilitate the living inland, traffic is not convenient for the enterprise trade. This paper through CIP terms of trade background, research background and other aspects, similarities and differences between CIP and CIF risk limits of simple contract, and discusses the seller in CIP The obligations and risks that need to be undertaken at the same time, and suggestions on how to reasonably circumvent the above risks.
