【摘要】:管理的目的是提高企業(yè)效益。商業(yè)環(huán)境的變化,給企業(yè)管理提出了更高要求。沒(méi)有測(cè)量,就沒(méi)有管理。要做好企業(yè)管理,就要找到一種測(cè)量工具,來(lái)揭示影響企業(yè)績(jī)效的因素,從而能夠有的放矢地尋找鞏固、提高改善企業(yè)績(jī)效的機(jī)會(huì)。一直以來(lái),如果談到研究企業(yè)績(jī)效影響因素,那么員工敬業(yè)度研究室其中非常熱門(mén)的話題,經(jīng)過(guò)許多學(xué)者研究發(fā)現(xiàn),員工敬業(yè)度與企業(yè)績(jī)效有非常緊密的聯(lián)系,高度敬業(yè)的員工能夠幫助企業(yè)提升組織生產(chǎn)力、顧客滿意度、提高企業(yè)利潤(rùn)、減少員工流失和企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。員工敬業(yè)度調(diào)查是衡量員工敬業(yè)度水平的測(cè)量工具,它以員工敬業(yè)度為切入點(diǎn),分析敬業(yè)水平及影響因素,衡量企業(yè)管理健康狀況。國(guó)內(nèi)外有很多關(guān)于員工敬業(yè)度問(wèn)題的研究,但很少有學(xué)者針對(duì)廣告公司進(jìn)行較深入地研究。本文將以廣告公司為研究對(duì)象,針對(duì)廣告公司,測(cè)量員工的敬業(yè)度水平及特征,并分析員工敬業(yè)度的高低及其影響因素,歸納及探討原因,更好地理解和把握廣告公司員工敬業(yè)度的影響因素,從而尋找到提升企業(yè)績(jī)效的領(lǐng)域,更有針對(duì)性地制定員工敬業(yè)度提升策略。
[Abstract]:The purpose of management is to improve the efficiency of the enterprise. The change of business environment, put forward higher requirements for enterprise management. No measurement, no management. To do a good job of enterprise management, it is necessary to find a measurement tool to reveal the influencing factors of enterprise performance, which can be targeted to seek consolidation, improve enterprise performance opportunities has been, if it comes to study the factors affecting enterprise performance, then the room of employee engagement among the very hot topic, many scholars have found that there are very close ties between employee engagement and enterprise performance, highly dedicated staff to help enterprises to enhance the productivity, customer satisfaction, increase profits, reduce staff turnover and enterprise risk. Employee engagement survey is the measurement tool to measure the level of employee engagement, with employee engagement as a starting point, analysis to industry level and influence Management factors, health status measure enterprises. There are a lot of employee engagement problem research at home and abroad, but few scholars have made a thorough research on the advertising company. This will be the advertising company as the research object, according to the advertising company, employee engagement level and feature measurement, and analyze the level of employee engagement and its influence factors the induction, and investigate the reasons, to better understand and grasp the influence factors of advertising company employee engagement, which seeks to enhance the performance of the enterprise, develop more targeted strategies to enhance employee engagement.
