【摘要】：每一次的危機總會帶來機遇,盡管2008年金融危機仍有陰影,但是在互聯網、移動互聯網和通信技術的推動下,以共享經濟為代表的新興商業(yè)模式已然崛起。Airbnb和Uber在最新的一輪的融資中估值分別超過了200億美金和400億美金,再一次的刷新了創(chuàng)業(yè)公司融資和估值記錄,成為了最有價值的非上市高科技公司之一。共享經濟已經在很多方面影響我們的生活,從一定程度上講,未來經濟是共享的�；诠蚕斫洕木薮蟮挠绊懞拖嚓P研究的缺乏,本文對共享經濟從理論和實踐、整體和局部都進行了分析。第一部分,共享經濟的理論分析。在整體上,從理論的角度分析了共享經濟的起源、構成和發(fā)展動力。第二部分,共享經濟在現實中的整體實踐情況。整體的分析了共享經濟在國外和中國的應用情況。第三部分,具體的分析了三個共享經濟案例。分別分析了房、車和金融領域的三個典型的共享經濟案例。從案例中理解共享經濟的邏輯和對我們的生活和整個經濟和社會帶來的巨大變革。最后,我們也對中國和美國的共享經濟進行了簡單的對比,并展望了共享經濟在中國未來的發(fā)展和影響,并提出了一些建議。
