【摘要】：摘要：自1978年改革開放以來,經(jīng)過30多年的發(fā)展,我國(guó)建筑企業(yè)在國(guó)際工程承包市場(chǎng)取得了一系列的成就。然而,國(guó)際工程承包市場(chǎng)最大的特點(diǎn)為外部環(huán)境的不確定性和變化性,我國(guó)建筑企業(yè)的傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢(shì)遭到磨滅,持續(xù)發(fā)展受到限制。本文運(yùn)用動(dòng)態(tài)能力理論,研究了我國(guó)建筑企業(yè)國(guó)際工程承包動(dòng)態(tài)能力如何在不確定性的環(huán)境下進(jìn)行演化,進(jìn)而保持持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的問題,這對(duì)國(guó)際工程承包市場(chǎng)中的我國(guó)建筑企業(yè)具有良好的啟示和指導(dǎo)作用。 本文在梳理動(dòng)態(tài)能力的現(xiàn)有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,厘清了動(dòng)態(tài)能力的內(nèi)涵,結(jié)合國(guó)際工程承包業(yè)務(wù),建立了國(guó)際工程承包動(dòng)態(tài)能力演化的三維模型,分別對(duì)狀態(tài)、過程、層次這三個(gè)維度進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的解釋和說明。其次,以現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)建筑企業(yè)國(guó)際工程承包業(yè)務(wù)整體為研究對(duì)象,從模型的狀態(tài)維度出發(fā),分析了我國(guó)建筑企業(yè)國(guó)際工程承包動(dòng)態(tài)能力的現(xiàn)狀,并提出存在的問題；從模型的過程維度出發(fā),提出了我國(guó)建筑企業(yè)國(guó)際工程承包動(dòng)態(tài)能力的提升建議及保障措施,用以解決問題；從模型的層次維度出發(fā),闡述了我國(guó)建筑企業(yè)國(guó)際工程承包動(dòng)態(tài)能力提升的的層級(jí)變化,即問題解決之后的預(yù)期效果。最后,選取中材集團(tuán)水泥技術(shù)裝備與工程業(yè)務(wù)的國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)為研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行案例研究,并獲得相關(guān)啟示。
[Abstract]:Abstract: since the reform and opening up in 1978, after 30 years of development, China's construction enterprises has made a series of achievements in the international engineering contracting market. However, the biggest characteristic of the international project contracting market as the uncertainty of the external environment and change, the construction enterprises of our country's traditional strengths was indelible, sustainable development is restricted. This paper uses the theory of dynamic capabilities, dynamic study of the international project contracting capacity of construction enterprises in China how to evolve in the uncertain environment, so as to maintain sustainable competitive advantage, the international engineering contracting construction enterprises in our country in the market has a good inspiration and guidance.
Based on the existing research on dynamic capabilities, to clarify the connotation of the dynamic capability, combined with the international engineering contracting business, to establish the three-dimensional model of dynamic evolution of the international project contracting capacity, respectively on the state level process, the three dimensions of a detailed explanation and description. Secondly, in China at this stage international engineering contracting business overall construction enterprise as the research object, starting from the state dimension model, analyzes the present situation of the international project contracting dynamic ability of construction enterprise in our country, and puts forward the existing problems; starting from the dimension of the process model, put forward the dynamic international engineering contracting ability of construction enterprises in China and suggestions to improve security measures to solve the problem with; starting from the hierarchy model, describes the dynamic level changes to enhance the international engineering contracting ability of construction enterprises in China, which solve the problems after the expected Finally, a case study was carried out to study the international management of the technical equipment and engineering business of China timber group, and some related revelations were obtained.
