【摘要】：作為國(guó)際工程建設(shè)的重要商業(yè)運(yùn)作模式,聯(lián)營(yíng)體模式已成為我國(guó)建筑企業(yè)進(jìn)入海外市場(chǎng)、推進(jìn)全球化與本地化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略以及邁向國(guó)際工程承包高端市場(chǎng)的有效途徑。為了更好地理解并應(yīng)用聯(lián)營(yíng)體模式,發(fā)揮聯(lián)營(yíng)優(yōu)勢(shì),本文對(duì)聯(lián)營(yíng)體模式的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了如下研究。本文首先介紹國(guó)際工程承包聯(lián)營(yíng)體的總體特征,總結(jié)了工程承包聯(lián)營(yíng)體的三種類(lèi)型及各自的組建特點(diǎn),分別是融合性聯(lián)營(yíng)體、合伙性聯(lián)營(yíng)體及混合性聯(lián)營(yíng)體。通過(guò)分析影響聯(lián)營(yíng)體組建及運(yùn)作特征的驅(qū)動(dòng)因素,界定了本研究中聯(lián)營(yíng)體模式的概念。據(jù)此,本文結(jié)合土耳其安伊高鐵二期項(xiàng)目等多個(gè)典型案例,總結(jié)了國(guó)際工程承包市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下我國(guó)承包商參與聯(lián)營(yíng)體項(xiàng)目的三種基本模式,包括各種聯(lián)營(yíng)體模式的合作伙伴組成、運(yùn)作管理特征等,并從中歸納了我國(guó)承包商在聯(lián)營(yíng)體模式應(yīng)用中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題。面對(duì)復(fù)雜變化的項(xiàng)目環(huán)境和不同的聯(lián)營(yíng)伙伴,本文隨后對(duì)承包商如何選擇合適的聯(lián)營(yíng)體類(lèi)型進(jìn)行了研究。通過(guò)案例研究及文獻(xiàn)回顧,總結(jié)了影響聯(lián)營(yíng)形式選擇的關(guān)鍵因素,建立了基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法(ANP)的聯(lián)營(yíng)形式?jīng)Q策模型并闡述了決策實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程。以香港西北鐵路聯(lián)營(yíng)體項(xiàng)目為例,運(yùn)用該模型對(duì)該聯(lián)營(yíng)體組建進(jìn)行決策分析,并對(duì)分析結(jié)果和模型特點(diǎn)作了進(jìn)一步討論。最后,本文針對(duì)我國(guó)承包商在聯(lián)營(yíng)體模式應(yīng)用中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,根據(jù)不同的聯(lián)營(yíng)形式和聯(lián)營(yíng)模式,分別從聯(lián)營(yíng)體的合作框架及聯(lián)營(yíng)體協(xié)調(diào)管理機(jī)制兩個(gè)方面為我國(guó)承包商提出了建議,以期為我國(guó)承包商在海外經(jīng)營(yíng)參與聯(lián)營(yíng)體項(xiàng)目時(shí)提供參考。
[Abstract]:As an important commercial operation pattern of international construction, joint venture mode has become China's construction enterprises to enter the overseas market, globalization and localization development strategy as well as an effective way towards the high-end market in the international engineering contracting. In order to better understand and use the pool, pool play advantage, application of this model for the camp antithetical couplet body as follows this paper first introduces the research. The general characteristics of international project contracting joint venture, summarizes three types of project joint venture and formed their own characteristics, are the fusion of joint venture partners of the joint venture and mixed pool. Through the analysis on the driving factors of pool formation and operation characteristic, defines the concept of the study of joint venture mode. Therefore, this paper combined with high-speed rail in Turkey Anyi project as a typical case, summed up the international engineering contracting market ring Three basic modes of joint venture project in our country, the Contractor under the joint venture mode, including various partners, management characteristics, and summarized from the Chinese contractors in pool mode application. In the face of the complex and changing project environment and different joint venture partners, then the contractor how to choose the right type of joint venture is studied. Through case studies and literature review, summarizes the key factors affecting the choice of the form of a joint venture, was established based on the analytic network process (ANP) in the form of a joint venture decision model and discusses the decision implementation process. To the northwest of Hongkong railway joint venture project as an example, using the model of decision making analysis of the joint venture set up, and the analysis results and the characteristics of the model are also discussed. Finally, in view of our country the contractor asked in pool mode application According to different joint operation modes and joint operation modes, we put forward suggestions for our contractors from two aspects of the cooperation framework of the joint venture and the coordination management mechanism of the joint venture, so as to provide references for Chinese contractors to participate in joint venture projects overseas.
