【摘要】：正近年來(lái),中國(guó)人民銀行(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)"央行")連續(xù)降低存款準(zhǔn)備金率,實(shí)施平均法考核準(zhǔn)備會(huì)制度,擴(kuò)大信貸資產(chǎn)質(zhì)押再貸款試點(diǎn),持續(xù)開(kāi)展公開(kāi)市場(chǎng)操作注入流動(dòng)性,為實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)保駕護(hù)航;繼全面放開(kāi)人民幣貸款利率管制后,2015年10月完全放開(kāi)人民幣存款利率浮動(dòng)上限,完成了我國(guó)利率市場(chǎng)化改革最后一躍,多次降低存貸款基準(zhǔn)利率,加強(qiáng)對(duì)市場(chǎng)利率的引導(dǎo)和調(diào)節(jié),切實(shí)降低社會(huì)融資成本;建立
[Abstract]:In recent years, the people's Bank of China (hereinafter referred to as "the Central Bank") has continuously reduced the reserve requirement ratio, implemented the average method to assess the reserve system, expanded the pilot project of credit asset pledge and reloan, continued to carry out open market operations to inject liquidity, and protected the real economy. After liberalizing RMB loan interest rate control in an all-round way, the floating upper limit of RMB deposit interest rate was completely liberalized in October 2015, which completed the last jump of interest rate marketization reform in China, reduced the benchmark interest rate of deposit and loan many times, strengthened the guidance and adjustment of market interest rate, and effectively reduced the cost of social financing.
