【摘要】：本文基于福利效應(yīng)視角,從三個層面對我國銀行業(yè)引進境外戰(zhàn)投的效果進行理論分析;分別以2008年之前引進戰(zhàn)投的25家商業(yè)銀行、4家大型商業(yè)銀行為對象進行面板數(shù)據(jù)分析,從"入股比例效應(yīng)"、"入股時期效應(yīng)"研究引資的福利效應(yīng);提出了"適度開放"的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the welfare effect, this paper makes a theoretical analysis of the effect of introducing foreign war investment into China's banking industry from three aspects. The panel data analysis of 25 commercial banks and 4 large commercial banks introduced before 2008 is carried out, and the welfare effect of attracting capital is studied from "proportion effect" and "period effect". The policy suggestions of "moderate openness" are put forward.
