【摘要】：近年來(lái),河北省國(guó)有金融資產(chǎn)規(guī)模發(fā)展迅速,質(zhì)量也不斷提高。但也存在金融國(guó)有資產(chǎn)管理職責(zé)過(guò)于分散、授權(quán)經(jīng)營(yíng)制度不健全、監(jiān)督管控體系不健全、管理體制目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向不明等問(wèn)題。因此,需要進(jìn)一步大力推進(jìn)金融國(guó)有資產(chǎn)管理體制改革,不斷提高資源配置效率,強(qiáng)化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the scale of state-owned financial assets in Hebei Province has developed rapidly and the quality has been continuously improved. However, there are also some problems, such as excessive decentralization of financial state-owned assets management responsibilities, imperfect authorized management system, imperfect supervision and control system, unclear objective orientation of the management system, and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to further promote the reform of the management system of financial state-owned assets, constantly improve the efficiency of resource allocation, and strengthen risk prevention.
