【摘要】：本幣國際化既是一國主動推動的過程,更是一國經(jīng)濟和金融實力接受國際市場自由選擇的結果。因此,人民幣國際化是中國經(jīng)濟實力、金融市場規(guī)模和全球貨幣體系需求三者之間有機結合的產(chǎn)物。在當前人民幣國際化進程中,我國金融業(yè)面臨著競爭力低下、信用評級缺乏、對外貿(mào)易結構缺陷、離岸市場面臨多重困難、資本項目和匯率改革過程中矛盾突出、霸權主義金融干涉等問題。針對以上問題,人民幣國際化應采取內(nèi)外兼修的方式,即著力提高我國經(jīng)濟核心競爭力、構建多元化金融體系、加強本土信用評級建設、積極完善離岸市場、加強區(qū)域金融合作等,為人民幣國際化提供強大的內(nèi)生和外部動力。
[Abstract]:The internationalization of local currency is not only the process promoted by a country, but also the result of a country's economic and financial strength accepting the free choice of international market. Therefore, the internationalization of RMB is the product of the organic combination of China's economic strength, the scale of financial market and the demand of the global monetary system. In the current process of RMB internationalization, China's financial industry is facing low competitiveness, lack of credit rating, defects in foreign trade structure, multiple difficulties in the offshore market, and prominent contradictions in the process of capital account and exchange rate reform. Hegemonic financial intervention and other issues. In view of the above problems, the internationalization of RMB should be carried out both inside and outside, that is, to improve the core competitiveness of China's economy, to build a diversified financial system, to strengthen the construction of local credit rating, and to actively improve the offshore market. Strengthen regional financial cooperation to provide strong internal and external impetus for RMB internationalization.
