中國銀行海外發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略分析

【摘要】:改革開放以來,中國銀行業(yè)飛速發(fā)展。同時(shí)隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化與金融一體化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn),在中國綜合實(shí)力不斷增長(zhǎng)的背景下,我國商業(yè)銀行紛紛開始發(fā)展海外業(yè)務(wù)、開拓海外市場(chǎng),銀行業(yè)海外發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為各商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略之一。自2001年中國加入WTO以來,中國市場(chǎng)的開放程度不斷加大,距離市場(chǎng)的全面放開越來越近。本文就是在這樣一個(gè)大的背景下針對(duì)中國銀行在海外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入的分析,并以本人親身工作經(jīng)歷為體會(huì),結(jié)合相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)收集和整理,著重對(duì)中國銀行在海外發(fā)展過程中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行分析,旨在尋求和探索中國銀行海外發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略對(duì)策,為中國銀行持續(xù)發(fā)展海外業(yè)務(wù),并成為國際大型跨國銀行集團(tuán)給出一定的參考意見和建議。 首先,作者結(jié)合目前國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀,闡述了本論文的研究背景、研究意義、研究方法,確定了文本研究課題的重要性,并對(duì)本文的主要內(nèi)容及框架進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要的說明;其次,作者通過對(duì)大量文獻(xiàn)的收集和整理,對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及銀行業(yè)海外發(fā)展的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要概述,為下一步分析中國銀行海外發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供了一定的理論依據(jù);第三部分是對(duì)中國銀行海外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,并總結(jié)了目前中國銀行在發(fā)展海外業(yè)務(wù)過程中還存在著海外機(jī)構(gòu)分布不合理、經(jīng)營理念及創(chuàng)新能力落后于大型國際銀行、人員素質(zhì)有待提高等一系列問題;第四部分及第五部分是通過外部環(huán)境及內(nèi)部環(huán)境分析,得出了中國銀行發(fā)展海外業(yè)務(wù)所面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)以及存在的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),并通過SWOT組合分析為下一步中國銀行海外發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略定位及戰(zhàn)略選擇奠定基礎(chǔ);第六部分是結(jié)合SWOT分析得出的戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行具體闡述,并從客戶、業(yè)務(wù)、機(jī)構(gòu)、雇員等方面國際化發(fā)展出發(fā),確定未來戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)應(yīng)是整合資源配置,擴(kuò)大全球網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局,構(gòu)建一體化服務(wù)體系,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品種及創(chuàng)新,提升核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,努力把中國銀行建設(shè)成為國際一流的大型跨國銀行;最后文章根據(jù)前面的分析和總結(jié),提出了中國銀行要想持續(xù)發(fā)展海外業(yè)務(wù)并躋身于國際大型跨國銀行序列,必須從完善全球布局管理、將發(fā)展模式由自建向并購轉(zhuǎn)型、有針對(duì)性的設(shè)立海外機(jī)構(gòu)、加強(qiáng)子行的成立和擴(kuò)張、大力發(fā)展海外新型業(yè)務(wù)、持續(xù)加強(qiáng)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、加強(qiáng)企業(yè)文化管理及人才培養(yǎng)力度等方面入手,提升核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本論文的寫作,對(duì)中國銀行海外業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展及提升中國銀行國際化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)水平具有一定的參考意義。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, China's banking industry has developed rapidly. At the same time, with the advancement of economic globalization and financial integration, under the background of the continuous growth of China's overall strength, Chinese commercial banks have begun to develop overseas business and open up overseas markets. The overseas development of banking industry has become one of the important strategies for the development of commercial banks. Since China joined the WTO in 2001, the opening degree of Chinese market has been increasing, and it is closer and nearer to the full-scale opening of the market. Under such a big background, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of the development of the Bank of China overseas, and takes my personal working experience as my experience, combining with the relevant literature collection and collation. This paper focuses on the analysis of the competitiveness of the Bank of China in the process of overseas development in order to seek and explore the important strategic countermeasures for the overseas development of the Bank of China, in order to develop the overseas business for the Bank of China. And become the international large multinational banking group to give a certain reference and suggestions. Firstly, combining with the current research situation at home and abroad, the author expounds the research background, research significance, research methods, determines the importance of the text research topic, and briefly explains the main content and framework of this paper. Secondly, through the collection and arrangement of a large number of documents, the author gives a brief overview of the enterprise development strategy and the relevant theories of the overseas development of the banking industry, which provides a certain theoretical basis for the further analysis of the overseas development strategy of the Bank of China. The third part analyzes the current situation of the overseas development of the Bank of China, and summarizes that in the process of developing its overseas business, the Bank of China still has unreasonable distribution of overseas institutions and lags behind the large international banks in its business philosophy and innovative ability. A series of problems need to be improved, such as the quality of personnel; In the fourth and fifth part, through the analysis of the external environment and the internal environment, the opportunities and challenges, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the development of the overseas business of the Bank of China, are obtained. And through the SWOT combination analysis for the next step of the Bank of China overseas development strategic positioning and strategic choice lay the foundation; The sixth part is to combine the SWOT analysis to carry on the concrete elaboration, and from the customer, the business, the organization, the employee and so on internationalization development, determines the future strategic goal should be to integrate the resources allocation, expands the global network layout, Build an integrated service system, optimize the variety of production and innovation, enhance the core competitiveness, strive to build the Bank of China into a first-class international large multinational bank; Finally, according to the previous analysis and summary, the paper puts forward that if the Bank of China wants to develop overseas business continuously and join the sequence of international large transnational banks, it must improve the global layout management and transform the development model from self-built to M & A. Set up overseas institutions, strengthen the establishment and expansion of sub-banks, vigorously develop new overseas business, continuously strengthen product innovation, strengthen corporate culture management and personnel training, and so on, to enhance the core competitiveness. The writing of this paper has certain reference significance for the development of overseas business of Bank of China and the promotion of the international competition level of Chinese banks.
