本富村鎮(zhèn)銀行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:目前,我國(guó)大部分縣城、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)等農(nóng)村地區(qū)存在金融機(jī)構(gòu)少、營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)少和信貸資金缺乏的問(wèn)題,廣大縣域金融市場(chǎng)完全被農(nóng)合機(jī)構(gòu)壟斷。隨著國(guó)家金融主管部門出臺(tái)的相關(guān)政策的指導(dǎo)和支持下,村鎮(zhèn)銀行這一特定時(shí)期、特定環(huán)境下嶄新的金融模式應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,并逐步走近縣域農(nóng)村金融市場(chǎng)。村鎮(zhèn)銀行作為一個(gè)新型農(nóng)村金融機(jī)構(gòu),它的出現(xiàn)有效緩解了農(nóng)村金融需求得不到滿足和金融供給不足的問(wèn)題。并且經(jīng)過(guò)幾年的發(fā)展,對(duì)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展起到了一定的支持作用。伴隨我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)健前行和農(nóng)村金融行業(yè)的不斷進(jìn)步,村鎮(zhèn)銀行在縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)中的起到越來(lái)越重要的作用。本富銀行就是在這樣的背景下,由龍江銀行發(fā)起設(shè)立的,在實(shí)踐中來(lái)看,既有優(yōu)勢(shì)又有不足。那么深入探討本富銀行如何在經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題,實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,具有戰(zhàn)略意義。本文以本富村鎮(zhèn)銀行有限責(zé)任公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱:本富銀行)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略作為研究?jī)?nèi)容,運(yùn)用了科學(xué)的現(xiàn)代戰(zhàn)略管理理論,以科學(xué)發(fā)展的觀點(diǎn),采用PEST分析、波特五力分析、SWOT分析等科學(xué)分析方法為手段,通過(guò)列舉本富銀行的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀并總結(jié)出經(jīng)營(yíng)實(shí)踐過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,著力分析了本富銀行所處的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境以及優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)和威脅等,并對(duì)經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展過(guò)程中的難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析,深度總結(jié)了四種發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略模式,即SO模式、WO模式、ST模式、WT模式,并列出矩陣圖,根據(jù)四種模式一一總結(jié)出對(duì)應(yīng)的策略。最終先擇了以SO為主要方向的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。對(duì)本富銀行的持續(xù)發(fā)展方向提供了科學(xué)的指導(dǎo)意義,結(jié)果極具說(shuō)服力和可行性。為了保證發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的順利實(shí)施,本文還制定了一系列的保障措施,包括明確市場(chǎng)定位、強(qiáng)化內(nèi)部管理、加強(qiáng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制、實(shí)施金融創(chuàng)新、吸引戰(zhàn)略投資、爭(zhēng)取股東本土化等。這一系列保障措施的實(shí)施,將會(huì)為本富銀行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)現(xiàn)起到推動(dòng)作用。
[Abstract]:At present, there are some problems in most counties, towns and villages in our country, such as few financial institutions, few business outlets and lack of credit funds. The majority of county financial markets are monopolized by agricultural cooperative agencies. With the guidance and support of the relevant policies issued by the national financial authorities, the village banks emerged as the times require under the specific environment, and gradually approached the county rural financial market. As a new type of rural financial institution, village bank has effectively alleviated the problems of unsatisfied rural financial demand and insufficient financial supply. And after several years of development, the development of rural economy has played a certain role in support. With the steady advance of agricultural economy and the continuous progress of rural financial industry, village banks play a more and more important role in the county economy. Benfu Bank was set up by Longjiang Bank against this background. In practice, it has both advantages and disadvantages. It is of strategic significance to discuss how Benfu Bank can solve practical problems and realize sustainable development. This paper takes the development strategy of Benfu Town Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Benfu Bank) as the research content, applies the scientific modern strategic management theory, uses the scientific development viewpoint, adopts the PEST analysis, the Porter five strength analysis, SWOT analysis and other scientific analysis methods as means, by enumerating the development status of Benfu Bank and summing up the existing problems in the process of business practice, focusing on the analysis of the internal and external environment, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, etc. The paper also analyzes the difficulties in the process of business development, and summarizes in depth four development strategy models, namely, SO mode, WO mode, ST mode and WT mode, and lists the matrix diagram and summarizes the corresponding strategies one by one according to the four modes. Finally, the first choice to SO as the main direction of the development strategy. It provides scientific guidance for the sustainable development direction of Benfu Bank, and the results are very convincing and feasible. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the development strategy, this paper also formulated a series of safeguard measures, including clear market positioning, strengthen internal management, strengthen risk control, implement financial innovation, attract strategic investment, and strive for the localization of shareholders, and so on. The implementation of this series of safeguards will play a role in promoting the development strategy of Benfu Bank.
