【摘要】：我們選取我國2003-2010年東、中、西部地區(qū)的面板數(shù)據(jù),對房地產(chǎn)需求和供給收入彈性、房地產(chǎn)市場需求和供給及影響房價的因素、房地產(chǎn)對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的作用進(jìn)行實證研究發(fā)現(xiàn),西部地區(qū)房地產(chǎn)市場的需求和供給收入彈性小于東、中部;房地產(chǎn)價格在需求和供給市場違背一般價格規(guī)律;銀行信貸對東部地區(qū)房價的影響較為明顯;中、西部當(dāng)期需求的增加會促進(jìn)下一期經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:We select the panel data of east, middle and west regions of China from 2003 to 2010 to study the elasticity of real estate demand and supply income, the demand and supply of real estate market and the factors affecting housing price, and the effect of real estate on economic growth. The demand and supply income elasticity of the real estate market in the western region is less than that in the east and middle areas; The real estate price violates the general price law in the demand and supply market; the influence of bank credit on the house price in the eastern region is obvious; in the middle, the increasing demand in the western region will promote the next economic development.
