【摘要】：農村商業(yè)銀行是我國農村信用社改革的產物,在改革深化中不斷發(fā)展壯大,已成為農村金融體系中的重要組成部分，是我國農村金融的主力軍，為我國“三農”的發(fā)展貢獻了巨大的力量。自2001年我國第一家農村商業(yè)銀行在江蘇張家港成立以來，農村商業(yè)銀行在各地迅速成立，有了較快的發(fā)展，截止到2012年我國農村商業(yè)銀行共成立278家，農村商業(yè)銀行成立以來，對于農村金融服務質量的提高和農村金融市場的完善起到了重大的作用。 我國銀行之間的競爭逐漸激烈，金融市場之間的競爭程度逐漸加深，在金融競爭日趨激烈的環(huán)境下,我國農村商業(yè)銀行的競爭力如何，運營效率的好壞是一個值得關注的問題。本文基于數(shù)據包絡分析法和主成分分析法來研究我國農村商業(yè)銀行的競爭力。首先，介紹了商業(yè)銀行競爭力的理論；其次，，根據商業(yè)銀行競爭力的理論采用數(shù)據包絡分析法（DEA）和主成分分析法對我國農村商業(yè)銀行的競爭力進行實證研究；再次，針對我國農村商業(yè)銀行競爭力的現(xiàn)狀，提出了增強農村商業(yè)銀行競爭力的建議。 本文的研究對象是我國農村商業(yè)銀行。本文的貢獻是運用數(shù)據包絡分析法（DEA）和主成分分析法對樣本農村商業(yè)銀行進行實證研究，進而給出樣本銀行競爭力的排名，找出了影響農村商業(yè)銀行競爭力的因素，提出了提高農村商業(yè)銀行競爭力的對策。然而，本文也存在一些不足，由于一些農村商業(yè)銀行的數(shù)據沒有公開，只選了一些有代表性的樣本銀行進行研究，難免存在一些偏差。
[Abstract]:Rural commercial banks are the product of the reform of rural credit cooperatives in China. They have become an important part of the rural financial system and the main force of rural finance in China. It has contributed a great deal to the development of agriculture, rural areas and farmers in China. Since the establishment of the first rural commercial bank in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu Province in 2001, the rural commercial bank has been established rapidly and developed rapidly. By 2012, a total of 278 rural commercial banks have been established in China, and rural commercial banks have been established since the establishment of rural commercial banks. It plays an important role in improving the quality of rural financial services and improving the rural financial market. The competition between the banks in our country is gradually fierce, the competition degree among the financial markets is deepening gradually. In the environment of the increasingly fierce financial competition, the competitiveness of the rural commercial banks in our country and the quality of the operational efficiency are a problem worth paying attention to. This paper studies the competitiveness of rural commercial banks in China based on data Envelopment Analysis and Principal component Analysis. Firstly, it introduces the theory of the competitiveness of commercial banks; secondly, according to the theory of competitiveness of commercial banks, the paper makes an empirical study on the competitiveness of rural commercial banks in China by using data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Principal component Analysis (PCA). Thirdly, in view of the present situation of rural commercial banks' competitiveness, the paper puts forward some suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of rural commercial banks. The research object of this paper is the rural commercial bank of our country. The contribution of this paper is to use data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Principal component Analysis (PCA) to make an empirical study on the sample rural commercial banks, and then give the ranking of the sample banks' competitiveness, and find out the factors that affect the competitiveness of rural commercial banks. The countermeasures to improve the competitiveness of rural commercial banks are put forward. However, this paper also has some shortcomings, because some rural commercial banks' data are not published, only some representative sample banks are selected for research, and there are inevitably some deviations.
