【摘要】：正一、本文對金融開放的界定本文將金融開放界定為:一個(gè)國家(或地區(qū))的金融體系與國際金融體系融合的過程,其反映的是其金融機(jī)構(gòu)、金融市場、金融監(jiān)管規(guī)則、貨幣的國際化程度。從內(nèi)容上看,包括作為服務(wù)貿(mào)易開放內(nèi)容的金融服務(wù)業(yè)的對外開放、資本賬戶開放以及貨幣的國際使用。
[Abstract]:First, this paper defines financial openness as the process of merging the financial system of a country (or region) with the international financial system, which reflects its financial institutions, financial markets, and financial regulatory rules. The degree to which currencies are internationalized. In terms of content, it includes the opening up of financial service industry, the opening of capital account and the international use of currency.
