【摘要】：金融體系的順周期性是2008年至今的全球經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的重要根源之一,如何在傳統(tǒng)微觀審慎監(jiān)管框架的基礎(chǔ)上融入宏觀審慎監(jiān)管,是后金融危機(jī)時(shí)代各國(guó)金融監(jiān)管當(dāng)局的共識(shí)。對(duì)此,我國(guó)應(yīng)在"巴塞爾Ⅲ"的基礎(chǔ)上,加快完善金融監(jiān)管制度,構(gòu)建涵蓋銀行、證券、保險(xiǎn)一體化的宏觀審慎監(jiān)管框架,鞏固金融體系的穩(wěn)健性,維持經(jīng)濟(jì)健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The procyclicality of the financial system is one of the important causes of the global economic crisis from 2008 to present. How to integrate the macro-prudential supervision on the basis of the traditional micro-prudential regulatory framework is the consensus of the financial regulatory authorities in the post-financial crisis era. Therefore, on the basis of Basel III, China should speed up the improvement of financial supervision system, construct a macro-prudential regulatory framework covering the integration of banking, securities and insurance, consolidate the soundness of the financial system and maintain the healthy development of the economy.
