【摘要】：針對近年國內(nèi)銀行的并購熱,文章基于1996～2009年我國銀行業(yè)國內(nèi)和海外并購的案例研究銀行并購后效率的變化及其影響因素。結(jié)果表明:我國銀行的并購尤其是海外并購、市場主導(dǎo)型并購提高了主并方的效率,且效率的改進主要來自于技術(shù)進步;對我國銀行并購后效率的影響較大的因素依次是:目標(biāo)方成長性、交易主導(dǎo)類型、相對資產(chǎn)規(guī)模、地理集中度、相對盈利能力,而產(chǎn)品集中度、主并方經(jīng)驗類型、相對成本利潤率對并購效率的影響不顯著。
[Abstract]:In view of the hot merger and acquisition of domestic banks in recent years, this paper studies the changes of bank efficiency and its influencing factors based on the cases of domestic and overseas mergers and acquisitions in China's banking sector from 1996 to 2009. The results show that: M & A of Chinese banks, especially overseas M & A, market oriented M & A improves the efficiency of main-merger, and the improvement of efficiency comes mainly from technological progress; The factors that have great influence on the efficiency of bank merger and acquisition in China are: the growth of the target party, the dominant type of transaction, the relative asset scale, the geographical concentration, the relative profitability, the product concentration, the experience of the main and the same party. The effect of relative cost margin on M & A efficiency is not significant.
