【摘要】：美國次貸危機(jī)的爆發(fā)暴露了當(dāng)前以美元為核心的國際貨幣體系所存在的弊端和潛在風(fēng)險,國際上普遍呼吁增強(qiáng)其他非美元貨幣的貨幣職能,使國際貨幣體系向多元化發(fā)展,從而降低過度依賴美元的風(fēng)險。改革開放以來,人民幣的國際影響力不斷提升,人民幣國際化戰(zhàn)略從理論探討轉(zhuǎn)入戰(zhàn)略實施階段,跨境貿(mào)易人民幣結(jié)算試點(diǎn)穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)。而推進(jìn)人民幣國際化,首先要解決的基礎(chǔ)性問題是如何提高境外主體對人民幣的認(rèn)同度。越南與中國山水相連,有史以來雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)往來密切,選取越南作為考察對象,系統(tǒng)研究中越貿(mào)易結(jié)算中的人民幣認(rèn)同度問題,對提升人民幣在越南、泰國等東盟國家的認(rèn)同度都將有很好的參考價值。 文章前兩個部分在總結(jié)、梳理國內(nèi)外研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,對經(jīng)濟(jì)實力、金融市場發(fā)展程度、幣值穩(wěn)定性等影響貨幣認(rèn)同度的主要因素進(jìn)行理論分析,進(jìn)而根據(jù)理論分析結(jié)果,采用因子分析模型對比分析了美元、歐元、日元、英鎊、瑞士法郎和人民幣的國際認(rèn)同度狀況。第三部分,從宏觀層面對中越跨境貿(mào)易中人民幣的結(jié)算狀況進(jìn)行分析,進(jìn)而基于越南企業(yè)和民眾對人民幣認(rèn)同度的問卷調(diào)查,采用描述性統(tǒng)計分析和層次分析法測度了越南微觀主體對人民幣的認(rèn)同度狀況。結(jié)合兩個層面的分析,總結(jié)得出越南主體對人民幣的認(rèn)同度較低的結(jié)論。最后,針對認(rèn)同度分析結(jié)果,剖析可能導(dǎo)致該結(jié)果的原因,并結(jié)合國際貨幣實踐經(jīng)驗考察,探討提升人民幣認(rèn)同度的對策建議。
[Abstract]:The outbreak of the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States has exposed the disadvantages and potential risks of the current international monetary system with the US dollar as the core. The international community has generally called for strengthening the monetary functions of other non-US dollar currencies in order to diversify the international monetary system. Thus reducing the risk of excessive reliance on the dollar. Since the reform and opening up, the international influence of RMB has been continuously enhanced, the internationalization strategy of RMB has been transferred from theoretical discussion to strategic implementation stage, and the RMB settlement pilot of cross-border trade has been steadily promoted. In order to promote the internationalization of RMB, the first basic problem is how to improve the recognition of RMB. Vietnam and China are connected by mountains and rivers, and bilateral economic and trade exchanges have been close throughout history. Choosing Vietnam as the object of investigation, this paper systematically studies the issue of RMB identity in Sino-Vietnamese trade settlement, in order to promote the renminbi in Vietnam. Thailand and other ASEAN countries will have a good degree of identity and reference value. In the first two parts of the article, on the basis of summing up and combing the domestic and foreign research results, the paper makes a theoretical analysis of the main factors affecting the degree of currency identity, such as economic strength, the degree of development of financial market, and the stability of currency value, and then according to the theoretical analysis results, A factor analysis model was used to compare the international recognition of the dollar, euro, yen, sterling, Swiss franc and renminbi. The third part analyzes the settlement status of RMB in the cross-border trade between China and Vietnam at the macro level, and then based on the questionnaire survey on the RMB identity of Vietnamese enterprises and people. Descriptive statistical analysis and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) were used to measure the degree of recognition of RMB among micro subjects in Vietnam. Combined with the analysis of two levels, the conclusion that the Vietnamese main body's recognition of RMB is low. Finally, according to the result of identification degree analysis, this paper analyzes the reasons that may lead to this result, and probes into the countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the RMB identity degree in combination with the practical experience of international currency.
