【摘要】：中共十七屆六中全會(huì)專題研究深化文化體制改革、推動(dòng)社會(huì)主義文化大發(fā)展大繁榮若干重大問(wèn)題。在堅(jiān)持以經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)為中心的同時(shí),自覺(jué)把文化繁榮發(fā)展作為堅(jiān)持發(fā)展硬道理、發(fā)展是黨執(zhí)政興國(guó)第一要?jiǎng)?wù)的重要內(nèi)容�；诋�(dāng)今文化向經(jīng)濟(jì)全面滲透及其對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響日益重要的時(shí)代特點(diǎn),本文從文化與經(jīng)濟(jì)金融的邏輯關(guān)系入題,從美國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)和金融文化視角找尋2008年國(guó)際金融危機(jī)爆發(fā)的根源,對(duì)于用科學(xué)發(fā)展觀構(gòu)筑我國(guó)金融文化,加強(qiáng)金融文化管理,提升戰(zhàn)略競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力等具有重要的而深遠(yuǎn)的意義。
[Abstract]:The sixth Plenary session of the 17th CPC Central Committee focused on deepening the reform of the cultural system and promoting the great development and prosperity of socialist culture. While insisting on taking the economic construction as the center, we should consciously regard the cultural prosperity and development as the most important principle of the development, and development is the most important task of the Party in governing and rejuvenating the country. Based on the characteristics of the times in which the culture permeates into the economy and its influence on the economy becomes more and more important, this paper explores the causes of the international financial crisis in 2008 from the perspective of the logical relationship between culture and economic finance, and from the perspective of American economy and financial culture. It is of great significance to construct our financial culture, strengthen the management of financial culture and enhance the strategic competitiveness with the scientific concept of development.
