【摘要】：在我國票據(jù)市場引入做市商制度,可以起到穩(wěn)定市場價格、活躍市場交易、提高市場運行效率以及輔助央行開展貨幣政策調(diào)控等作用。建立票據(jù)市場做市商制度,要設(shè)計有效的做市商運行機制,搭建票據(jù)做市業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)平臺,加大政策支持落實做市商權(quán)利,建立做市商分層體系,同時完善做市商考核約束和信息披露機制。
[Abstract]:The introduction of market-maker system in our country's bill market can stabilize the market price, activate the market transaction, improve the market operation efficiency and assist the central bank to carry out monetary policy regulation and control. To establish a market maker system in the bill market, we should design an effective market maker operation mechanism, build a platform for the bill market making business system, increase policy support for the implementation of the market maker's right, and establish a market maker hierarchy system. At the same time, improve the market-maker assessment constraints and information disclosure mechanism.
