【摘要】：本文立足于中美兩國政府所關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)問題,深入分析了兩國政策動(dòng)態(tài)及其背后的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī),在經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)原理基礎(chǔ)上最終運(yùn)用OLS回歸分析方法及長期博弈模型嘗試得到中美匯率政策的長期均衡解。然后,結(jié)合我國當(dāng)前的國內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟(jì)背景,分析匯率變動(dòng)對(duì)我國房地產(chǎn)市場的影響途徑以及政府政策的均衡點(diǎn),為相關(guān)部門提供實(shí)際的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Based on the focus of the Chinese and American governments, this paper analyzes the policy dynamics of the two countries and the economic motives behind them. On the basis of economic principles, OLS regression analysis method and long-term game model are used to try to obtain the long-term equilibrium solution of the exchange rate policy between China and the United States. Then, according to the current domestic and foreign economic background, this paper analyzes the influence of exchange rate change on our real estate market and the equilibrium point of government policy, which provides practical reference value for relevant departments.
