【摘要】：對(duì)外直接投資(OFDI)是一國(guó)利用技術(shù)外溢效應(yīng)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)本國(guó)技術(shù)進(jìn)步的有效路徑,在推進(jìn)我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型和結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整方面扮演著重要角色。為此本文借鑒L-P模型,選取1985-2013年我國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資數(shù)據(jù),并以全要素生產(chǎn)率作為技術(shù)進(jìn)步衡量指標(biāo)具體考察了我國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資逆向技術(shù)溢出的影響程度和吸收能力因素。結(jié)果顯示,我國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資會(huì)產(chǎn)生顯著的逆向技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng),即對(duì)外直接投資每增加1%將引致國(guó)內(nèi)全要素生產(chǎn)率增長(zhǎng)0.0163%,效應(yīng)程度不及國(guó)內(nèi)研發(fā)和進(jìn)口貿(mào)易;此外逆向技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)還受到人力資本水平、研發(fā)強(qiáng)度和技術(shù)差距等吸收能力因素的影響。
[Abstract]:Foreign direct investment (OFDI) is an effective way for a country to make use of the technology spillover effect to realize its own technological progress, which plays an important role in promoting the economic transformation and structural adjustment of our country at the present stage. Based on the L-P model, this paper selects the data of China's foreign direct investment from 1985 to 2013, and uses total factor productivity as a measure of technological progress to investigate the influence degree and absorptive capacity of reverse technology spillover of China's foreign direct investment. The results show that China's foreign direct investment will have a significant reverse technology spillover effect, that is, each increase of 1% of foreign direct investment will lead to the increase of domestic total factor productivity (TFP) 0.0163%, which is less than that of domestic R & D and import trade. In addition, reverse technology spillover effect is also affected by human capital level, R & D intensity and technology gap.
