【摘要】：近年來(lái),中國(guó)跨國(guó)公司的全球化進(jìn)程不斷加快,海外并購(gòu)和綠地新建的規(guī)模和速度不斷提升,但與此同時(shí),并購(gòu)受阻、整合失敗的案例不絕于耳,中國(guó)企業(yè)在"走出去"的過(guò)程中遇到很多障礙和壁壘,受到很多歧視。為此,回顧了二戰(zhàn)后國(guó)際投資保護(hù)主義的演進(jìn)歷史,并對(duì)其特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析梳理,總結(jié)歸納出應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)際投資保護(hù)主義的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the process of globalization of Chinese multinational corporations has been accelerating, and the scale and speed of overseas mergers and acquisitions and greenfield construction have been constantly rising. However, at the same time, mergers and acquisitions have been blocked and cases of failed integration have been heard. Chinese enterprises in the process of "going out" encountered many obstacles and barriers, and suffered a lot of discrimination. Therefore, this paper reviews the evolution history of international investment protectionism after World War II, analyzes its characteristics, and summarizes the countermeasures and suggestions to deal with international investment protectionism.
