【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和金融一體化程度的不斷提高,我國企業(yè)的經(jīng)營機(jī)制也在向現(xiàn)代化方向轉(zhuǎn)變,企業(yè)管理改革的核心內(nèi)容是如何提高績效考核管理力度。中國商行體系改革較為緩慢,嚴(yán)重影響著中國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定問題,因此其績效考核體系完善和改革之路還漫漫無期。本文以DY銀行為例,運用文獻(xiàn)研究法、案例研究法、系統(tǒng)分析法等,查閱大量與績效管理有關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)資料,獲取了大量數(shù)據(jù)和資料并對其進(jìn)行歸納分析,闡述了DY銀行績效考核和薪酬分配的現(xiàn)狀,并分析當(dāng)前考核辦法的優(yōu)勢和不足之處。本文借助于方法論(先提出問題,再分析問題,最后解決問題)的思路,針對DY銀行績效考核的問題:即起步晚且經(jīng)驗不足等,并且相關(guān)機(jī)制缺乏可行性,將本文分為三個部分:第一部分,從概念理論角度概述績效考核管理相關(guān)概念及理論;第二部分,直觀當(dāng)前績效考核體系存在的問題,反觀DY銀行此方面的不足之處及問題所在;最后,對DY銀行現(xiàn)有的績效管理體系提出改進(jìn)方案,并制定出相應(yīng)的保障措施。本文深入研究績效考核管理理論之后,詳細(xì)論述在企業(yè)發(fā)展成長中它的作用和價值,同時指出它是一個漫長、逐步改善的過程,結(jié)合DY銀行這一實例分析其當(dāng)前績效管理的不足之處及問題所在,為其探索出行之有效的績效考核機(jī)制、建立高效可行的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)提供方案和思路,最后為整體金融機(jī)構(gòu)的長遠(yuǎn)健康發(fā)展提出幾點可行性決策建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization and financial integration, the management mechanism of Chinese enterprises is also changing towards modernization. The core content of enterprise management reform is how to improve the management of performance appraisal. The reform of China's commercial bank system is slow, which seriously affects the stability of China's national economy, so the improvement and reform of its performance appraisal system is still a long way off. This paper takes DY Bank as an example, using literature research method, case study method, system analysis method and so on, to consult a large number of documents related to performance management, to obtain a large number of data and materials, and to sum up and analyze them. This paper expounds the present situation of DY bank's performance appraisal and salary distribution, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current appraisal methods. With the help of methodology (put forward the problem, then analyze the problem, solve the problem finally), this paper aims at the DY bank's performance appraisal problem: starting late and lacking experience, and the related mechanism is not feasible. This article is divided into three parts: the first part, from the perspective of concept theory overview of performance appraisal management related concepts and theories, the second part, intuitive performance appraisal system problems, At last, the paper puts forward the improvement scheme of DY bank's performance management system, and formulates the corresponding safeguard measures. After deeply studying the theory of performance appraisal management, this paper discusses in detail its role and value in the development and growth of enterprises, and points out that it is a long and gradual process of improvement. Combined with the example of DY Bank, this paper analyzes the shortcomings and problems of its current performance management, explores an effective performance appraisal mechanism, and provides a scheme and train of thought for the establishment of efficient and feasible strategic objectives. Finally, some feasible decision-making suggestions are put forward for the long-term and healthy development of the whole financial institutions.
