【摘要】：作為傳統(tǒng)金融業(yè)務與現(xiàn)代信息技術有機結合的體現(xiàn),以非票據結算為主的支付結算工具創(chuàng)新及應用拓展對相關產業(yè)和區(qū)域經濟整體發(fā)展都具有重要意義。馬鈴薯產業(yè)是甘肅省的特色優(yōu)勢產業(yè),但其產品交易過程中的支付結算環(huán)境滯后、支付結算工具單一等問題非常突出。因此,通過構建良好的政策環(huán)境,以建立銀行卡綜合服務平臺為基礎進行的支付結算工具創(chuàng)新,無疑將對甘肅省馬鈴薯產業(yè)的進一步發(fā)展壯大,進而對甘肅省區(qū)域經濟的發(fā)展起到積極促進作用。
[Abstract]:As the embodiment of the combination of traditional financial business and modern information technology, the innovation and application of payment and settlement tools based on non-bill settlement are of great significance to the overall development of related industries and regional economy. Potato industry is the characteristic advantage industry in Gansu Province, but the payment and settlement environment in the process of product trading is lagging behind, and the single payment and settlement tool is very prominent. Therefore, the innovation of payment and settlement tools based on the establishment of a comprehensive service platform for bank cards will undoubtedly further develop and strengthen the potato industry in Gansu Province through the construction of a good policy environment. Then the development of Gansu Province regional economy plays an active role in promoting.
