建設(shè)銀行阜新分行企業(yè)文化研究
[Abstract]:Enterprise culture is an important part of the core competitiveness of commercial banks. It is the key factor to determine whether commercial banks can maintain market share in the fierce market competition and obtain competitive advantages. The paper has combed the business culture theory of commercial banks and studied the necessity of strengthening the construction of business culture in commercial banks, and analyzed the Construction Bank. The present situation of the cultural construction in the new branch of the new branch has been summed up in this paper, the reasons for the emergence of these problems, such as the short term interests of the enterprise culture construction, the low level of employees' participation in cultural construction, the lack of full implementation of the concept of humanistic management, the lack of innovation, the backward cultural facilities and the poor cultural activities, are summarized. In view of the misunderstanding of the enterprise culture, the imperfect management and guarantee mechanism, the lack of relevant personnel, the intensification of the market competition, the influence of the decision-making system of the traditional state-owned enterprises, and so on. In view of the problems and reasons above, the author proposes to understand the theory of enterprise culture correctly, to plan the construction of culture as a whole, to play the main role of the staff in the cultural construction, and to make a full use of the system. In the degree culture, we should fully implement the concept of humanistic management, construct the management and guarantee mechanism of the enterprise culture construction, strengthen the innovation of the enterprise culture, cultivate the special talents of the enterprise culture construction, promote the construction of cultural facilities, enrich the cultural life of the staff and so on, in order to promote the development of the enterprise culture of the Fuxin branch of China Construction Bank and enhance its core competitiveness. Through the study, it is concluded that playing the leading role of leaders at all levels is the key to the construction of enterprise culture, and the long effect mechanism of building the management and operation of enterprise culture is the strong support for the construction of enterprise culture, and the conclusion of strengthening the innovation of enterprise culture is the key content of the enterprise culture construction.
