【摘要】：近年來(lái),我國(guó)的對(duì)外直接投資(Outward Foreign Direct Investment)活動(dòng)迅速增長(zhǎng),呈現(xiàn)出明顯的"蛙跳"特征。從20世紀(jì)90年代的極度落后到當(dāng)前的一舉領(lǐng)先,呈現(xiàn)出戲劇性的轉(zhuǎn)變。中國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資現(xiàn)狀是進(jìn)一步展開(kāi)研究的直觀判斷基礎(chǔ),因而本文從中國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資的規(guī)模特點(diǎn)、區(qū)位分布特點(diǎn)、行業(yè)分布特點(diǎn)、主體特征以及海外并購(gòu)特點(diǎn)等方面對(duì)中國(guó)近期的對(duì)外直接投資局面加以詳細(xì)的總結(jié)與分析,以期呈現(xiàn)中國(guó)海外投資發(fā)展的最新特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Outward Foreign Direct Investment (OFDI) in China has been growing rapidly, showing obvious "leapfrog" characteristics. The dramatic shift from extreme backwardness in the 1990 s to the current one-off lead. The current situation of China's foreign direct investment (FDI) is the basis of intuitive judgment for further research. Therefore, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the scale, location and industry of China's foreign direct investment (FDI). In order to present the latest characteristics of China's overseas investment, the main features and the characteristics of overseas mergers and acquisitions are summarized and analyzed in detail on the recent situation of China's foreign direct investment.
