【摘要】：本文收集城市商業(yè)銀行2006-2012年跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)計(jì)量回歸分析,對(duì)城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)的績(jī)效與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)程度的提高在能夠增加銀行的經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效并降低銀行的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)水平。本文的結(jié)論能夠?yàn)槌鞘猩虡I(yè)銀行的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)支持,也為監(jiān)管政策提供理論依據(jù)和建議。 本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于收集更全面的樣本并構(gòu)建新的跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)指標(biāo),更好地?cái)M合城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域程度,進(jìn)行更精確的實(shí)證研究；通過(guò)研究政治和地域因素在跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)中對(duì)銀行績(jī)效與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的影響,更完善地分析了跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)中政府與地域文化所產(chǎn)生的作用；通過(guò)研究美國(guó)州銀行跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)的歷史,分析州銀行跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)的特點(diǎn),為城市商業(yè)銀行的跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)得出借鑒與啟示。
[Abstract]:This paper collects the cross-regional management data of urban commercial banks from 2006 to 2012, and by means of econometric regression analysis, makes an empirical study on the performance and risk of cross-regional operation of urban commercial banks. The results show that, The improvement of cross-regional management degree of urban commercial banks can increase the performance of banks and reduce the risk level of banks. The conclusion of this paper can provide empirical support for the development strategy of city commercial banks, and also provide theoretical basis and suggestions for supervision policy. The innovation of this paper is to collect more comprehensive samples and construct new cross-regional management indicators, better fit the cross-regional degree of urban commercial banks, and carry out more accurate empirical research. By studying the influence of political and regional factors on bank performance and risk, this paper makes a more perfect analysis of the role of government and regional culture in cross-regional operation, and studies the history of cross-regional operation of American State Bank. This paper analyzes the characteristics of state banks' cross-regional operation, and draws lessons for the cross-regional management of city commercial banks.
