第三方支付與商業(yè)銀行的合作路徑研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展迅速,電子商務(wù)也進(jìn)入到加速發(fā)展時(shí)代,而促成其發(fā)展的一個(gè)最主要因素就是第三方支付的發(fā)展。第三方支付作為一種新興的非銀行金融機(jī)構(gòu)越來(lái)越被廣泛使用。其成立之初主要是依托大型的電子商務(wù)交易平臺(tái),目的是為了減少網(wǎng)上交易風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。隨著第三方支付的不斷發(fā)展,,其也開(kāi)始涉足一些商業(yè)銀行的中間業(yè)務(wù),在一定程度上侵占了原屬于商業(yè)銀行的利潤(rùn),商業(yè)銀行也注意到了這一點(diǎn),開(kāi)始爭(zhēng)取這部分利潤(rùn),第三方支付公司與銀行呈現(xiàn)出一種競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的態(tài)勢(shì)。但是雙方本身就是性質(zhì)完全不同的機(jī)構(gòu),并且都具有各自的優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足,所以雙方其實(shí)是一種互補(bǔ)的關(guān)系。如果第三方支付機(jī)構(gòu)與商業(yè)銀行可以利用好這種關(guān)系,相互合作發(fā)展,則可以實(shí)現(xiàn)一種雙贏的發(fā)展。 本文的研究對(duì)象就是是第三方支付與網(wǎng)上銀行,通過(guò)分析第三方支付發(fā)展的原因,闡述其業(yè)務(wù)流程、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及商業(yè)銀行的金融創(chuàng)新模式來(lái)解析第三方支付對(duì)于商業(yè)銀行的影響,并進(jìn)一步分析二者的競(jìng)合關(guān)系,推斷出第三方支付與商業(yè)銀行的合作大于競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。第三方支付應(yīng)當(dāng)依托商業(yè)銀行來(lái)發(fā)展,同時(shí)商業(yè)銀行也要從第三方支付的發(fā)展中看到互聯(lián)網(wǎng)所帶來(lái)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,應(yīng)該充分的利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)這一渠道來(lái)發(fā)展創(chuàng)新。本文意在尋求二者共贏的合作模式,在帶給人們更好用戶(hù)體驗(yàn)的同時(shí),提高了雙方的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development of the Internet, e-commerce has entered an era of accelerated development, and the development of third-party payment is one of the most important factors contributing to its development. As a new non-bank financial institution, third-party payment is more and more widely used. At the beginning of its establishment, it mainly relies on large e-commerce trading platform, in order to reduce the risk of online trading. With the continuous development of third-party payment, it began to set foot in the intermediary business of some commercial banks, encroaching on the profits originally belonging to commercial banks to a certain extent, and the commercial banks also noticed this and began to strive for this part of the profits. Third-party payment companies and banks show a competitive trend. But the two sides are completely different in nature, and have their own advantages and disadvantages, so the two sides are in fact a complementary relationship. If third-party payment institutions and commercial banks can make good use of this relationship and cooperate with each other, they can achieve a win-win development. The research object of this paper is third-party payment and online banking. By analyzing the reasons for the development of third-party payment, this paper expounds its business process. The present situation and the financial innovation mode of commercial banks are used to analyze the impact of third-party payment on commercial banks, and further analyze the relationship between the two, and infer that the cooperation between third-party payment and commercial banks is greater than competition. The third party payment should rely on the commercial bank to develop, at the same time, the commercial bank should also see the economic benefit brought by the Internet from the third party payment development, should make full use of the Internet this channel to develop the innovation. The purpose of this paper is to seek a win-win cooperation model, which brings people a better user experience and improves the economic benefits of both parties.
