【摘要】:組織變革是為適應(yīng)外部環(huán)境改變,以內(nèi)部組織效能提升為目標(biāo)的管理活動(dòng)。外部環(huán)境的變化是組織變革的根本原因,企業(yè)自身戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的變化是企業(yè)組織變革的最強(qiáng)動(dòng)力。面對(duì)激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境,各大銀行都將銀行零售業(yè)務(wù)作為重要的戰(zhàn)略基點(diǎn),重點(diǎn)打造零售業(yè)務(wù)渠道,實(shí)施網(wǎng)點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)型戰(zhàn)略。作為銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)型的實(shí)踐操作者,迫切需要通過(guò)科學(xué)有效的人力資源管理,提高員工績(jī)效,進(jìn)而提升組織的績(jī)效。本文擬通過(guò)N銀行省內(nèi)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)軟轉(zhuǎn)型的績(jī)效管理實(shí)施全過(guò)程為例,闡述網(wǎng)點(diǎn)績(jī)效管理出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,分析N銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)績(jī)效管理采取的計(jì)價(jià)積分績(jī)效管理,進(jìn)而提出具體解決方法和措施,為N銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)績(jī)效管理的推廣實(shí)施找準(zhǔn)方向,為基層人員的績(jī)效管理提供實(shí)踐參考。
[Abstract]:Organizational change is a management activity aimed at improving internal organizational effectiveness in order to adapt to the change of external environment. The change of external environment is the fundamental cause of organizational change, and the change of enterprise's own strategic development is the strongest motive force of organizational change. Facing the fierce competition environment, all the banks take the retail business as the important strategic base point, focus on creating the retail business channel and implementing the transformation strategy of the network. As the practical operator of bank network transformation, it is urgent to improve employee performance and organizational performance through scientific and effective human resource management. Through the whole process of implementing the performance management of the soft transformation of the network in N bank, this paper expounds the problems of the network performance management, and analyzes the valuation integral performance management adopted by the network performance management of N bank. Then the concrete solutions and measures are put forward to find the right direction for the promotion and implementation of the performance management of N bank outlets and to provide practical reference for the performance management of grass-roots personnel.
