【摘要】：正一、村鎮(zhèn)銀行的內涵、屬性與經營模式(一)村鎮(zhèn)銀行的內涵。按照銀監(jiān)會2007年1月22日頒布的《村鎮(zhèn)銀行管理暫行規(guī)定》(以下簡稱《規(guī)定》)的定義,村鎮(zhèn)銀行是指經中國銀行業(yè)監(jiān)督管理委員會依據(jù)有關法律、法規(guī)批準,由境內外金融機構、境內非金融機構企業(yè)法人、境內自然人出資,在農村地區(qū)設立的主要為當?shù)剞r民、農業(yè)和農村經濟發(fā)展提供金融服務的銀行業(yè)金融機構�！兑�(guī)定》還對"農村地區(qū)"進行了解釋和說明,即村鎮(zhèn)銀行
