【摘要】：股權(quán)稀釋效應(yīng)和債務(wù)杠桿作用可通過改變股權(quán)價(jià)值和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)影響可轉(zhuǎn)債價(jià)值,從而對(duì)可轉(zhuǎn)債定價(jià)的產(chǎn)生綜合影響�；谡J(rèn)股權(quán)證定價(jià)模型,本文建立了含可轉(zhuǎn)債稀釋效應(yīng)和杠桿作用的可轉(zhuǎn)債定價(jià)模型,并討論了債務(wù)杠桿作用下基于MM理論的波動(dòng)率修正方法。理論分析和數(shù)值算例表明,可轉(zhuǎn)債價(jià)值受稀釋效應(yīng)和杠桿作用綜合作用影響,稀釋效應(yīng)和杠桿作用對(duì)可轉(zhuǎn)債價(jià)值分別產(chǎn)生正向和負(fù)向的影響。在可轉(zhuǎn)債定價(jià)中同時(shí)考慮稀釋效應(yīng)和杠桿作用及其修正方式為可轉(zhuǎn)債定價(jià)提供了一種新的思路。
[Abstract]:The effect of equity dilution and debt leverage can affect the value of convertible bonds by changing the value of equity and risk, thus having a comprehensive impact on the pricing of convertible bonds. Based on the pricing model of warrants, this paper establishes a pricing model of convertible bonds with dilution effect and leverage, and discusses the volatility correction method based on MM theory under debt leverage. Theoretical analysis and numerical examples show that the value of convertible bonds is affected by the comprehensive effects of dilution and leverage, and the effects of dilution and leverage have positive and negative effects on the value of convertible bonds, respectively. The consideration of dilution and leverage in convertible bond pricing as well as its modification provides a new way of thinking for convertible bond pricing.
