【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的深入和國(guó)際投資的興起,國(guó)內(nèi)外出現(xiàn)了大量針對(duì)直接投資的研究文獻(xiàn)。作為對(duì)外直接投資決策的重要構(gòu)成,區(qū)位選擇也因此成為學(xué)界和業(yè)界關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。關(guān)于區(qū)位選擇,國(guó)際上存在兩個(gè)主流理論,以鄧寧為代表的國(guó)際生產(chǎn)折衷理論和以巴克利、卡森為代表的內(nèi)部化理論,兩種理論中都提到,文化因素會(huì)影響投資的成本收益進(jìn)而影響企業(yè)的投資區(qū)位選擇。文化因素對(duì)投資的影響可以是積極的也可以是消極的,最終結(jié)果取決于經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)際。 2002年,中國(guó)政府積極鼓勵(lì)企業(yè)“走出去”,此后中國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資開(kāi)始呈現(xiàn)跳躍式發(fā)展。伴隨著中國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資力度的加大,國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者也紛紛開(kāi)始了對(duì)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究工作。在就文化因素對(duì)區(qū)位選擇的影響進(jìn)行研究分析時(shí),國(guó)外現(xiàn)有的文獻(xiàn)主要是從國(guó)別、洲際的角度直接區(qū)分研究對(duì)象,并未深入到各國(guó)具體的文化背景,無(wú)法很好地將文化差異同其他影響因素剝離開(kāi)來(lái),研究存在一定的改進(jìn)空間。 本文基于前人的研究,從兩大理論出發(fā),將研究對(duì)象按照文化屬性劃分成儒家文化、伊斯蘭文化和基督教文化三大類(lèi),在此基礎(chǔ)上引入引力模型,利用2004-2012年間中國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資的數(shù)據(jù)和面板分析的方法,就文化差異對(duì)中國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資區(qū)位選擇的影響進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的理論和實(shí)證分析。研究結(jié)果表明：文化差異顯著影響中國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資的區(qū)位選擇,東道國(guó)同中國(guó)之間的文化距離、心理距離越大,中國(guó)對(duì)其的直接投資就越小。除此之外,東道國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模、中國(guó)自身的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力、兩國(guó)之間的雙邊貿(mào)易情況等因素也都會(huì)影響中國(guó)對(duì)東道國(guó)的直接投資情況。最后,綜合理論分析和實(shí)證研究的結(jié)果,本文對(duì)中國(guó)企業(yè)的對(duì)外直接投資策略提出了幾點(diǎn)建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deepening of economic globalization and the rise of international investment, a large number of researches on direct investment have emerged at home and abroad. As an important component of OFDI decision, location selection has become a hot issue in academia and industry. With regard to location choice, there are two main theories in the world, the compromise theory of international production represented by Dunning and the theory of internalization represented by Buckley and Carson, both of which are mentioned in the two theories. Cultural factors will affect the cost and income of investment, and then affect the choice of investment location. The impact of cultural factors on investment can be positive or negative, and the end result depends on economic reality. In 2002, the Chinese government actively encouraged enterprises to "go out", since then China's foreign direct investment began to show leapfrog development. With the increase of China's foreign direct investment (FDI), domestic scholars have begun to study the related fields. In the research and analysis of the influence of cultural factors on location choice, the existing foreign literature mainly distinguishes the object of study directly from the angle of country and intercontinental, and does not go deep into the specific cultural background of each country. Cultural differences can not be separated from other factors, and there is room for improvement. Based on the previous studies, this paper divides the research objects into three categories according to their cultural attributes: Confucian culture, Islamic culture and Christian culture. On this basis, the gravitational model is introduced. By using the data of China's foreign direct investment (FDI) from 2004 to 2012 and the panel analysis method, this paper makes a detailed theoretical and empirical analysis on the influence of cultural differences on the location choice of China's foreign direct investment (FDI). The results show that cultural differences significantly affect the location choice of China's foreign direct investment. The greater the cultural distance and psychological distance between the host country and China, the smaller the direct investment of China. In addition, the economic scale of the host country, China's own economic strength, bilateral trade between the two countries will also affect the situation of China's direct investment in the host country. Finally, based on the results of theoretical analysis and empirical research, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the strategy of Chinese enterprises' foreign direct investment (OFDI).
