【摘要】：自改革開放以來(lái),中國(guó)加快了融入全球化的步伐,在工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化、市場(chǎng)化與全球化的共同推動(dòng)下,現(xiàn)代化城市成為地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的極點(diǎn),成為人口、資金與信息的主要集聚區(qū),亦是參與國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的重要戰(zhàn)略支點(diǎn)。在國(guó)家“中部崛起”戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的大背景下,武漢憑借優(yōu)越的投資環(huán)境成為外商投資中西部地區(qū)的首選城市。經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的變化發(fā)展對(duì)城市的影響本質(zhì)上是通過(guò)城市物質(zhì)空間的演化過(guò)程來(lái)體現(xiàn)的。武漢由最初的團(tuán)塊狀結(jié)構(gòu)逐漸沿江、沿軸向外拓展。以武漢市外資企業(yè)名錄的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)為研究依據(jù),通過(guò)研究武漢市外資的空間分布與城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)的演化之間的時(shí)空耦合關(guān)系,來(lái)探究外企的分布對(duì)城市空間演化的影響。本文的研究將為單個(gè)城市外商投資領(lǐng)域和經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化背景下城市空間理論的進(jìn)一步完善提供新的實(shí)證研究范例。本文共分為六章：第一章,首先分析本文的研究背景、目標(biāo)及意義,再提出技術(shù)路線、篇章結(jié)構(gòu)、研究方法、研究區(qū)域及資料來(lái)源與評(píng)估,構(gòu)建本文的研究框架；第二章,提出FDI與城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)的基本概念,從不同角度對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)的理論和實(shí)證研究進(jìn)行綜述及評(píng)價(jià),搭建本文研究的理論平臺(tái)；第三章,根據(jù)武漢市統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒和外商投資統(tǒng)計(jì)分析報(bào)告等資料,回顧武漢市利用外資的發(fā)展歷程及目前的發(fā)展特點(diǎn)；第四章,根據(jù)武漢市外商企業(yè)投資名錄,通過(guò)ArcGIS軟件和等扇形分析法處理數(shù)據(jù),分析了武漢市外資企業(yè)在全市、建成區(qū)及不同行業(yè)的基本布局特征。第五章,通過(guò)分析四個(gè)時(shí)期武漢城市建成區(qū)的遙感影像圖、分形維數(shù)和形狀緊湊度來(lái)探討武漢建成區(qū)的空間擴(kuò)張態(tài)勢(shì),并根據(jù)外資企業(yè)的布局變化軌跡來(lái)探求兩者之間的空間互動(dòng)關(guān)系；第六章,總結(jié)概述前五章的研究結(jié)論,并指出本文存在的不足之處。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China has quickened the pace of integration into globalization. Under the push of industrialization, urbanization, marketization and globalization, modern cities have become the poles of regional economic growth and become the population. The main agglomeration area of capital and information is also an important strategic fulcrum to participate in international competition. Under the background of the implementation of the strategy of "the rise of Central China", Wuhan has become the preferred city for foreign investment in the central and western regions by virtue of its superior investment environment. The influence of economic development on cities is reflected by the evolution of urban material space. Wuhan gradually developed along the Yangtze River from the initial block structure, extending outward along the axis. Based on the statistical data of the list of foreign-funded enterprises in Wuhan, this paper studies the spatial-temporal coupling relationship between the spatial distribution of foreign capital and the evolution of urban spatial structure, and probes into the influence of the distribution of foreign enterprises on the urban spatial evolution. The research in this paper will provide a new empirical example for the further improvement of urban spatial theory in the context of foreign investment in a single city and the background of economic globalization. This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter analyzes the research background, objectives and significance of this paper, and then puts forward the technical route, text structure, research methods, research area and data sources and evaluation, and constructs the research framework. This paper puts forward the basic concepts of FDI and urban spatial structure, summarizes and evaluates the relevant theoretical and empirical studies at home and abroad from different angles, and sets up the theoretical platform of this paper. According to the statistics yearbook of Wuhan City and the statistics and analysis report of foreign investment, this paper reviews the development course and current development characteristics of foreign capital utilization in Wuhan. Chapter four, according to the list of foreign investment enterprises in Wuhan, The basic layout characteristics of foreign-funded enterprises in Wuhan are analyzed by means of ArcGIS software and iso-sector analysis. In the fifth chapter, through analyzing the remote sensing image map, fractal dimension and compact shape of Wuhan urban built-up area in four periods, the spatial expansion situation of Wuhan urban built-up area is discussed. The sixth chapter summarizes the conclusions of the first five chapters and points out the shortcomings of this paper.
