【摘要】：20世紀90年代以來，金融后臺產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與集聚為班加羅爾帶來的經(jīng)濟效應(yīng)成為各發(fā)展中國家產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的榜樣。在經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略影響下，我國各地紛紛投入資金建設(shè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園協(xié)力金融后臺服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。因而，對金融后臺產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展及集聚動因的探究將有利于我國金融產(chǎn)業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)的空間優(yōu)化，并為我國各地區(qū)金融后臺服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)園建設(shè)提出指導(dǎo)性意見。 本文選擇金融后臺業(yè)務(wù)的空間外置及集聚發(fā)展為主要研究對象，從動態(tài)變化及靜態(tài)結(jié)果兩個維度展開。金融后臺業(yè)務(wù)從前臺業(yè)務(wù)中分離，空間外置，而后形成產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的動態(tài)演進過程屬于動態(tài)發(fā)展，金融后臺產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展及集聚必然受到外部或內(nèi)部條件的影響，因而，在動態(tài)演進過程中本文著重就動因進行理論解析；而金融后臺產(chǎn)業(yè)集群則是金融產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)及規(guī)模等發(fā)展演化的靜態(tài)結(jié)果，本文采用實證及案例分析方法對我國金融后臺產(chǎn)業(yè)集群進行探討。 自20世紀80年代以來，國際金融機構(gòu)間的競爭日趨激烈，核心商務(wù)區(qū)的房租及人工成本也開始不斷上漲，面對市場環(huán)境的變化金融機構(gòu)不得不另辟蹊徑借助內(nèi)部業(yè)務(wù)流程的重構(gòu)將重復(fù)性的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化業(yè)務(wù)從前臺分離。信息技術(shù)的完善為后臺業(yè)務(wù)的分離提供了有力條件，對金融安全的考慮進一步催化了金融后臺業(yè)務(wù)從前臺區(qū)域的分離。面對經(jīng)營壓力劇增，更多金融機構(gòu)將會選擇將后臺業(yè)務(wù)流程簡化從前臺分離選擇空間外置�？臻g外置的金融后臺業(yè)務(wù)在交易成本相對較低的區(qū)域形成新的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚，一方面受到區(qū)位因素的影響，包括政府政策導(dǎo)向、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展及教育水平等，特別是在以政府推動為主導(dǎo)的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群中此類影響尤為突出，另一方面則是受到規(guī)模經(jīng)濟的影響，班加羅爾形成的信息技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群是吸引離岸金融機構(gòu)建設(shè)后臺的重要原因。 本文在選取建設(shè)金融后臺服務(wù)外包示范基地的城市為樣本，采用因子分析法對各地區(qū)后臺產(chǎn)業(yè)集群績效進行分析排序的檢驗中，，區(qū)域的一般競爭力及產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的權(quán)重值最大，對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的形成與發(fā)展具有最大的影響作用。在對廣東省后臺服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi)企業(yè)進行的問卷調(diào)研也印證了政府政府政策、勞動力資源、經(jīng)營成本等因素是后臺產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的主要動因。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, the economic effect of the development and agglomeration of the financial backstage industry has become a model for the adjustment of the industrial structure of the developing countries. Under the influence of the development strategy of the economic structure transformation, all parts of our country have invested capital to build the industrial park to develop the financial backstage service industry in Bangalore. Therefore, the financial backstage is in the background of the financial backstage. The exploration of industrial development and the motivation of agglomeration will be beneficial to the spatial optimization of the organizational structure of China's financial industry and provide guidance for the construction of the financial backstage service industrial parks in China.
In this paper, the development of space external and agglomeration of financial backstage business is selected as the main research object, from two dimensions of dynamic change and static result. The financial backstage business is separated from the front business, the space is outside, and then the dynamic evolution process of industrial agglomeration is dynamic development, and the development and agglomeration of the financial backstage industry is bound to be foreign. In the process of dynamic evolution, this paper focuses on the theoretical analysis of the motivation, and the financial backstage industry cluster is the static result of the development and evolution of the financial industry structure and scale. This paper uses empirical and case analysis methods to discuss the financial post industrial cluster in China.
Since 1980s, the competition among the international financial institutions has become increasingly fierce. The rent and labor costs of the core business area have also been rising. Facing the changes in the market environment, the financial institutions have to separate the standardized business from the front desk with the help of the reconstruction of the internal business process. The separation of business provides strong conditions. The consideration of financial security further catalyzes the separation of the financial backstage business from the front area. In the face of the surge in operating pressure, more financial institutions will choose to simplify the backstage business process from the front desk to separate the space outside. The financial backstage business in the outer space is relatively low in transaction costs. The new industrial agglomeration is formed in the region, on the one hand it is influenced by the location factors, including the government policy orientation, the economic development and the education level, especially in the industrial cluster driven by the government. On the other hand, it is affected by the scale economy and the information technology industry cluster formed by Bangalore. It is an important reason for attracting offshore financial institutions to build their backstage.
In this paper, in the selection of the city as a demonstration base for the construction of the financial backstage service outsourcing, the factor analysis method is used to test the performance of the backstage industrial clusters in various regions. The regional general competitiveness and the weight of the industrial policy are the most important. It has the greatest impact on the formation and development of industrial clusters. In Guangdong Province, it has the greatest impact on the formation and development of industrial clusters. The questionnaire survey of the enterprises in the backstage service industry cluster also confirms the government policy, the labor resources and the operating cost are the main reasons for the backstage industrial agglomeration.
