【摘要】：內(nèi)部資金轉(zhuǎn)移定價是一種精細化管理的工具,將資金在企業(yè)內(nèi)部各部門之間轉(zhuǎn)移賦予可以計量的價格,能夠精確計算出各部門收益。這一工具在國外金融機構(gòu)早已運用成熟,國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行正逐漸引入這一工具。目前國內(nèi)相關(guān)研究大多集中對實施資金管理方式、必要性和先進性的分析,指出資金轉(zhuǎn)移定價機制是對我國商業(yè)銀行傳統(tǒng)資金管理模式的改進,強調(diào)了其在科學(xué)考評業(yè)績等方面的積極作用。但在系統(tǒng)分析FTP體系建設(shè)方面的研究較少,然而基于經(jīng)典理論的FTP體系建設(shè)指導(dǎo)依據(jù)研究,與基于案例的FTP管理實踐研究相結(jié)合的研究思路對指導(dǎo)商業(yè)銀行正確建立合適、有效、可操作的管理體系具有重大意義。本文貫徹理論結(jié)合實踐的思維宗旨,以Z銀行為研究對象,通過將Z銀行傳統(tǒng)資金管理模式與商業(yè)銀行資金運用應(yīng)達標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進行對比,分析了Z銀行資金管理中存在的問題及其成因,并提出解決方案即構(gòu)建FTP體系。其次本文通過在探討FTP體系建設(shè)過程中各項要素的使用方法后,對該體系在Z行收益率曲線、價格引導(dǎo)機制、盈利分析及資金管理模式改進上取得的效果進行研析。最后就Z銀行FTP體系建設(shè)的研究進行總結(jié)與展望。
[Abstract]:The transfer pricing of internal funds is a kind of fine management tool. The transfer of funds between the departments of the enterprise can be assigned to the measurable price, and the revenue of each department can be calculated accurately. This tool has long been used in foreign financial institutions, domestic commercial banks are gradually introducing this tool. At present, most of the domestic researches focus on the analysis of the mode, necessity and advanced nature of implementing fund management, and point out that the mechanism of fund transfer pricing is an improvement on the traditional fund management mode of commercial banks in China. It emphasizes its positive role in the scientific evaluation of achievements and so on. However, there is little research on the systematic analysis of FTP system construction. However, the research on the guidance basis of FTP system construction based on classical theory, combined with the case based FTP management practice research, is suitable for guiding commercial banks to establish correctly. An effective and operable management system is of great significance. This article carries out the thinking aim of combining theory with practice, takes Z Bank as the research object, compares the traditional fund management mode of Z bank with the commercial bank capital application standard. This paper analyzes the problems and causes of Z bank's capital management, and puts forward the solution, that is, constructing FTP system. Secondly, this paper analyzes the effect of FTP system on the Z line yield curve, price guidance mechanism, profit analysis and the improvement of fund management model after discussing the use of various elements in the process of FTP system construction. At last, the research of Z bank FTP system construction is summarized and prospected.
