【摘要】：民營企業(yè)發(fā)展及其走向國際化是我國未來企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要路徑選擇。近年來，溫州企業(yè)在走向世界市場的過程中，逐漸由原有家庭化、小商品的經營模式和產品交易結構，向“經營方式專業(yè)化，生產要素市場化，服務環(huán)節(jié)社會化”的方向發(fā)展，被商務部定位為“走出去”的“溫州模式”。 2012年3月，國務院批準設立了溫州金融綜合改革試驗區(qū)，提出了溫州金融改革十二項重點任務，其中明確提出要研究開展個人境外直接投資試點，，探索建立規(guī)范便捷的直接投資渠道，這不僅為溫州民營企業(yè)對外直接投資提供了政策方面的支持，而且將以“以金融促外貿”的形式助推當地企業(yè)國際化進程，更加意味著溫州民營企業(yè)承擔起了對外直接投資先試先行的重任。另外，在2014年3月召開的十二屆全國人大二次會議中，加強建設開放型的經濟體制，提高對外開放的層次和力度，培養(yǎng)我國企業(yè)在世界市場中新的競爭力和增長點，被寫入政府工作報告。由此，也印證了溫州民營企業(yè)對外直接投資意義的典型性、研究的重要性和理論與實踐方面的價值性。 本文以溫州地區(qū)民營企業(yè)為研究對象，運用比較分析法、案例分析法以及動態(tài)分析法，研究溫州民營企業(yè)“走出去”的經驗和成功模式，分析其走向國際市場的戰(zhàn)略和方法，總結歸納在此過程中存在的問題，結合溫州地區(qū)的實際做法和國外的相關經驗，在信息獲取、服務體系、融資、華人華僑優(yōu)勢運用等方面提出改進建議及對策，并從個例分析延展至我國其他地區(qū)的民營企業(yè)，以期為中國的民營企業(yè)走向國際市場提供一定的理論支持。
[Abstract]:The development of private enterprises and its internationalization is an important path choice for the future development of enterprises in China. In recent years, in the process of entering the world market, Wenzhou enterprises have gradually developed from the original family, the management mode and the product trading structure of small commodities to the direction of "specialization of management mode, marketization of production factors and socialization of service links". By the Ministry of Commerce as "go out" of the "Wenzhou model." In March 2012, the State Council approved the establishment of a pilot zone for comprehensive financial reform in Wenzhou and put forward 12 key tasks for financial reform in Wenzhou. Exploring the establishment of standardized and convenient direct investment channels will not only provide policy support for Wenzhou private enterprises' outward direct investment, but will also promote the process of internationalization of local enterprises in the form of "promoting foreign trade through finance". More mean Wenzhou private enterprises to assume the task of foreign direct investment first trial-first task. In addition, at the second session of the 12th National people's Congress held in March 2014, we will strengthen the construction of an open economic system, raise the level and intensity of opening up, and train our enterprises to develop new competitiveness and growth points in the world market. Was written into the government work report. It also confirms the significance of Wenzhou private enterprises' FDI, the importance of research and the value of theory and practice. This paper takes private enterprises in Wenzhou area as the research object, using comparative analysis, case analysis and dynamic analysis, to study the experience and successful mode of "going out" of Wenzhou private enterprises, and to analyze its strategy and methods to the international market. Summing up the existing problems in this process, combining the actual practices in Wenzhou and the relevant experience of foreign countries, put forward some suggestions and countermeasures in the aspects of information acquisition, service system, financing, the use of the advantages of Chinese and overseas Chinese, and so on. It also analyzes the private enterprises in other regions of our country in order to provide some theoretical support for China's private enterprises to enter the international market.
