【摘要】：中國與海灣國家經(jīng)濟上呈現(xiàn)強烈的互補關(guān)系,金融危機后,中國的"貿(mào)易美元"和海灣國家的"石油美元"都在尋找價值投資。我國西部地區(qū)加快發(fā)展需要投入大量資金,吸引海灣國家石油美元投資,不失為重大戰(zhàn)略舉措;我國對海灣國家投資,幫助其改變單一的經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu),符合其戰(zhàn)略利益需要,而投資于其石油相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)也有利于我國能源安全。本文分析了雙方金融合作的現(xiàn)實背景及合作的意義,基于我國與海灣國家金融合作的區(qū)域和行業(yè)考量,結(jié)合我國加快西部地區(qū)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實背景,給出了雙方金融合作的具體措施建議。
[Abstract]:There is a strong complementary relationship between China and the Gulf countries. After the financial crisis, China's "trading dollars" and the Gulf countries "petrodollars" are looking for value investments. China's western region needs to invest a large amount of funds to attract petrodollars from Gulf countries, which is a major strategic move. China's investment in Gulf countries to help them change their single economic structure is in line with their strategic interests. And investment in its oil-related industries is also conducive to energy security in China. This paper analyzes the realistic background and significance of the financial cooperation between the two countries. Based on the regional and industrial considerations of financial cooperation between China and the Gulf countries, the paper combines the realistic background of speeding up the development of the western region in China. Some concrete measures for the financial cooperation between the two sides are given.
