【摘要】：產業(yè)結構轉變升級是現代經濟發(fā)展的重要過程，社會中的金融活動能夠為社會經濟發(fā)展提供發(fā)展的前進力量，也對不同產業(yè)部門間的結構變換提供了重要的推動作用，而遼寧省作為中國的“老工業(yè)基地”，其傳統(tǒng)產業(yè)比重大，新型產業(yè)、高科技產業(yè)占比小，產業(yè)結構急需轉變。本文結合產業(yè)結構轉變升級理論與金融支持理論，采用理論與實證分析，分析遼寧省產業(yè)結構轉變過程中的金融支持，為日后金融的發(fā)展能夠更好的支持產業(yè)結構轉變提供政策建議。 本文首先對產業(yè)結構轉變升級中金融支持作用的中外相關文獻做了介紹。然后分別做產業(yè)結構轉變理論與金融發(fā)展理論二者自身與二者之間相互作用的理論分析。接著介紹了遼寧省金融發(fā)展與產業(yè)結構轉變升級的現狀,通過不同角度介紹了遼寧省的產業(yè)結構現狀，得出了遼寧省金融發(fā)展與產業(yè)結構升級都處在穩(wěn)步前進進程中。之后運用1991年至2012年的相關數據，在平穩(wěn)與協整的基礎上進行了格蘭杰因果、方差分解與脈沖響應分析，得出了金融發(fā)展與產業(yè)結構轉變具有長期穩(wěn)定的因果關系，并對各金融支持指標進行了方差分解，確定了各金融發(fā)展指標的支持貢獻程度。最后一部分根據理論與實證結果，，得到了理論分析、現狀分析與實證分析的相關結論，總的來說遼寧省的金融發(fā)展對于產業(yè)結構的優(yōu)化起到了重要的支持作用，金融發(fā)展的不同方面各自的支持作用大小與方式不盡相同，之后通過這些結論對提高遼寧省產業(yè)結構轉變的金融支持水平的目標設立了宏觀的改革方向作為中間目標，最后根據中間目標為完善遼寧省金融市場提供了具體的建議。
[Abstract]:The transformation and upgrading of industrial structure is an important process of modern economic development. The financial activities in society can provide a progressive force for social and economic development, and also provide an important impetus to the structural transformation among different industrial sectors. As an old industrial base in China, Liaoning Province has a large proportion of traditional industries, a small proportion of new industries and high-tech industries, and its industrial structure is in urgent need of transformation. Based on the theory of industrial structure transformation and financial support, this paper analyzes the financial support in the process of industrial structure transformation in Liaoning Province by theoretical and empirical analysis. For the future financial development can better support the transformation of industrial structure to provide policy advice. Firstly, this paper introduces the relevant documents about financial support in the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure. Then, the author makes a theoretical analysis of the interaction between the industrial structure transformation theory and the financial development theory. Then it introduces the present situation of financial development and industrial structure transformation and upgrading in Liaoning Province, introduces the present situation of Liaoning Province's industrial structure from different angles, and draws a conclusion that the financial development and industrial structure upgrading of Liaoning Province are in the process of steady progress. Then using the relevant data from 1991 to 2012, Granger causality, variance decomposition and impulse response analysis are carried out on the basis of stationary and cointegration. The financial support index is decomposed by variance, and the degree of support contribution of each financial development index is determined. In the last part, according to the theoretical and empirical results, the relevant conclusions of theoretical analysis, current situation analysis and empirical analysis are obtained. In general, the financial development of Liaoning Province plays an important role in supporting the optimization of industrial structure. The different aspects of financial development have different supporting roles and ways. Then, through these conclusions, the author sets up the macro reform direction as the intermediate goal to improve the financial support level of the industrial structure transformation in Liaoning Province. Finally, according to the intermediate goal, it provides specific suggestions for improving Liaoning financial market.
