【摘要】：隨著中國-東盟自貿(mào)區(qū)建成以及雙邊經(jīng)濟(jì)合作的深化,泰國作為東盟第三大經(jīng)濟(jì)體在吸引中國FDI方面有了迅速的進(jìn)步。越來越多的中國企業(yè)通過股權(quán)收購和綠地投資等方式在泰國進(jìn)行投資活動,同時(shí)中國政府也積極鼓勵(lì)和支持有實(shí)力的中國企業(yè)在平等互利基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大在泰國的投資。在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、農(nóng)業(yè)、制造業(yè)、加工業(yè)等諸多領(lǐng)域雙邊正協(xié)商建設(shè)一批大型合作項(xiàng)目。 從1987年到2012年的數(shù)據(jù)來看,中國對泰國FDI一直不斷的增加,不管是申請促進(jìn)投資之前還是被批準(zhǔn)投資之后。中國在泰國的FDI主要投資項(xiàng)目的行業(yè)集中在農(nóng)業(yè)和機(jī)械方面比較多,其中從金額的角度來看都是集中在礦業(yè)最多,其次是農(nóng)行業(yè)等。泰國具有三個(gè)投資區(qū)域,一般中國企業(yè)都是投資集中在第二個(gè)地區(qū)比較多。主要在該地域投資的行業(yè)為輕工業(yè)、化工業(yè)和機(jī)械方面等等。 本論文主要分為六章內(nèi)容來研究中國在泰國FDI,預(yù)期通過分析投資現(xiàn)狀,從而為今后的投資提供理論支撐。第一章主要闡述本論文的選題意義和選題背景,選擇適合本論文的研究方法和研究框架；第二章主要站在前人研究的理論角度,對對外直接投資的理論做了簡要概述。第三章通過數(shù)據(jù)對中國對泰國直接投資的發(fā)展和現(xiàn)狀做了進(jìn)行分析；第四章闡述了外國直接投資(FDI)對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響機(jī)制,從而為中國在泰國FDI的實(shí)證研究奠定理論基礎(chǔ)；第五章從1988年到了2012年的GDP和FDI之間的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn),根據(jù)了格蘭杰因果的檢驗(yàn)最后得出結(jié)果為INFDI是INGDP的因果。而且FDI對GDP的影響還是有路徑的。對于模型分析,INFDI,L1FDI不顯著以及L2FDI,L3FDI顯著說明FDI對GDP影響有在滯后的效應(yīng)。第六章得出本論文的結(jié)論,提出今后中國對外國FDI的政策建議,希望為FDI提供理論和實(shí)證研究依據(jù)。 中國對泰國直接投資對泰國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起到了至關(guān)重要的作用,也為中國經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展帶來了商機(jī),在合規(guī)的情況下,大力鼓勵(lì)中國到泰國投資,是發(fā)展兩國經(jīng)濟(jì)的有效途徑,實(shí)現(xiàn)互利共贏的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the establishment of the China-ASEAN Free Trade area and the deepening of bilateral economic cooperation, Thailand, as the third largest ASEAN economy, has made rapid progress in attracting China's FDI. More and more Chinese enterprises are investing in Thailand through equity acquisitions and greenfield investments, and the Chinese government has actively encouraged and supported powerful Chinese enterprises to further expand their investment in Thailand on the basis of equality and mutual benefit. In infrastructure construction, agriculture, manufacturing, processing and many other areas of bilateral negotiations to build a number of large cooperation projects. From 1987 to 2012, China's FDI to Thailand has been on the rise, both before and after it was approved for investment promotion. China's main FDI investment in Thailand is focused on agriculture and machinery, with the largest concentration in mining, followed by Agricultural Bank of China and so on. Thailand has three investment areas, generally Chinese enterprises are concentrated in the second region. Mainly in the area of investment in light industry, chemical industry and machinery, and so on. This paper is divided into six chapters to study the FDI of China in Thailand. It is expected to provide theoretical support for future investment by analyzing the current situation of investment. The first chapter mainly describes the significance and background of the topic, choose the appropriate research methods and research framework; the second chapter mainly stands in the theoretical perspective of previous research, and makes a brief overview of the theory of FDI. The third chapter analyzes the development and current situation of China's direct investment in Thailand through data, and the fourth chapter expounds the influence mechanism of foreign direct investment on economic growth, thus laying a theoretical foundation for the empirical study of China's FDI in Thailand. The fifth chapter tests the data between GDP and FDI from 1988 to 2012. According to the Granger causality test, it is concluded that INFDI is the causality of INGDP. Moreover, the influence of FDI on GDP still has a path. For the model analysis, the effect of FDI on GDP is not significant and that of L2FDI / L3FDI is not significant, which indicates that the effect of FDI on GDP is lagging behind. The sixth chapter draws the conclusion of this paper and puts forward the policy recommendations of China to foreign FDI in the future, hoping to provide theoretical and empirical research basis for FDI. China's direct investment in Thailand has played a vital role in Thailand's economic development, and it has also brought business opportunities to China's rapid economic development. Under the compliance situation, vigorously encouraging China to invest in Thailand is an effective way to develop the economies of the two countries. To achieve the goal of mutually beneficial and win-win economic development.
